  It was only one person in the front while one person went to the back and never came back to the front. Me and my husband ordered two smoothies and they was not full. I feel like it we ordered a large it should be full to the top.

  Took 15 minutes to find parking. Once I finally paid and parked, I came inside to find only one person working. I asked to order a Pink Star and was told that I couldn’t order this. I told the employee that while it is off menu, it’s usually something that can be found in the system and made (and that I had recently ordered). He simply said he was new, had never made it, couldn’t make it, and that he was the only one working. Total waste of time. Please train your employees on how to locate off menu items or add them to the app so we don’t have to waste our time coming downtown.

  The service was pretty poor (largely thanks to having only one person staffed for a morning rush in a major downtown area). Online ordering is definitely necessary to get something quick. Unfortunately I didn’t get what I ordered… special add on ingredients were left out and the “fresh” strawberries on top were still frozen.
