  1-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff’s behavior felt discriminatory and disrespectful. When I arrived and was ready to place my order, I was completely ignored even though I was standing there waiting. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained polite and respectful, but the employee maintained a rude and unfriendly attitude. What made the experience even worse was that the complimentary spoons were removed and I was not allowed to use one. I almost had to eat my ice cream with my hands because there was no spoon available. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the way I was treated made me feel unwelcome and singled out. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to its staff.
