  What the hell. This place was a welcomed relief from the convenience of chains during my travels for work. I started with a 1/2 wedge. Crispy lettuce, perfectly crunchy bacon. A delightful start. Followed up with their wings. The reason for this review. There is clearly a mad scientist, a wizard of flavor potions sitting in the kitchen putting their heart and soul into these wings. Perfectly crispy exterior. Incredibly juicy interior. Then there is the sauce. Will’s Famous Buffalo (must be the wizard) was (insert expletive here) mind blowing. The spice is still tingling my lips. The sauce was light but the flavor was robust. An herb I still can’t quite place elevated this buffalo sauce to the stratosphere. A sophisticated flavor experience in what appears to be a favorite local watering hole. The bartenders were friendly. The patrons at the bar seemed to be having a great time. Highly recommend.

  If you are in the Denver DTC area I strongly recommend the food was good and well proportion staff was very helpful and friendly

  You absolutely must try the fried pickles and jalapeños. Amazing! Griffin burger was also delicious. Nothing negative to say at all.

  It was very clear they were understaffed for a thursday night. To the point that the staff was complaining to eachother and to the customers. Its football season, management needs to staff provide the help they need. Stressed out staff leads to bad attitudes, and once we got attitude for asking for a drink off menu we closed the tab and left before ordering food.

  The menu on their website does not match the menu when you eat there. It's extremely frustrating. I used to be a regular here years ago but stopped coming after they removed everything I liked from the menu. They reupdated their website menu to include many of the things I liked, but when you actually go there, they do not serve that food. I don't know why they're doing this. If you plan to go there based on something from their website menu, make sure to call before you come in because there's no guarantee they will actually have what you came there for.
