  I sent this to Giordano's today: I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an incident at your Denver location. While my wife and I were dining, an individual entered the restaurant and began loudly preaching religious “Jesus loves you” messages inside the establishment toward diners. We found the situation disruptive, intrusive, and inappropriate in a restaurant setting. What disturbed us even more was the response from staff and management afterward. During the discussion, my wife asked whether similarly extremist speech — specifically involving the KKK — would also be considered acceptable. Staff responded that it would be acceptable “as long as it was part of their belief system.” That response was shocking and completely inappropriate. It suggested that openly hateful or extremist speech could be tolerated under the justification of personal beliefs. When I raised my concerns with the manager, I did not feel the matter was taken seriously. The response came across as dismissive and unconcerned about the impact this had on customers. A restaurant should provide a safe and comfortable dining environment, not tolerate disruptive ideological preaching inside the establishment and then dismiss legitimate customer concerns afterward. I expect this complaint to be reviewed seriously by district or corporate leadership and would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed.

  We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday here with a reservation for 20 people, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, and everything ran so smoothly even with our large group. They truly helped make my daughter’s birthday feel special and memorable for everyone involved. You can tell the team genuinely cares about their guests and takes pride in what they do. Thank you again to the entire staff for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, amazing service, and an all around great atmosphere!

  Visiting from Houston with my girlfriend so wanted to try something different. We were hungry so I ordered the calamari as an appetizer which was hot and delicious! We also ordered the largest option of the Chicago style deep dish pizza. We were told by our server that deep dish pizza takes 40-45 mins. Once it came out we were disappointed to taking our first bite of a cold pizza, while bottom was soggy and watery. We thought maybe the size and toppings of this deep dish pizza contributed to it coming out cold, since we are unfamiliar with deep dish pizzas. Only warm part was towards the crust of the pizza. I told the server about it so they were aware for any future orders from paying customers, but nothing else was done by him. Just “I’m sorry” No discount, nothing. I used to wait tables and know that I would’ve escalated this issue to management and see what could have been done, especially for a 40 something dollar deep dish pizza that took a while to cook. Ended up giving our leftover slices to a homeless person. Cold deep dish pizza was very disappointing.

  Giordano’s in Denver absolutely deserves all five stars. The pizza is everything you hope for — perfectly baked, loaded with flavor, and genuinely worth the wait. But what really sets this location apart is the incredible staff. Every server we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and on top of their game the entire visit. A special shout‑out to Manager Kiara, who runs the place with such professionalism and warmth that you can feel it in the whole atmosphere. She checked in on tables, supported her team, and made sure everyone was having a great experience. You can tell she cares about both the guests and her staff. If you want amazing food paired with genuinely exceptional service, this Giordano’s is the spot.

  Took us 15 minutes to get our drinks which was fine but they forgot the water to go with it and that took another 10+ minutes causing us to not get water we first ordered for almost 30 minutes. He also forgot to ring in my salad My boyfriend's food was delivered first so I asked about the salad that I ordered for an appetizer and it wasn't rung in so told him nevermind I would wait for my food. My food took a good 15 minutes to arrive after my boyfriend already had his food. So I was just sitting there starving because I hadn't really eaten much at all before coming here. Ended up with a hunger migraine which probably would've been avoided if the salas was remembered and brought out in a timely manner. Wasn't able to enjoy the food. Oh and it took about 15 minutes for my boyfriend to get a beer after asking for a refill of the avalanche. I probably won't be back. I will say the hostess was phenomenal did terrific though! Was way better than the waiter we got.
