While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Denver, CO, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- BTBrent TryonSep 8, 20262.0Super slow service and I noticed dirty tables. Food was delicious but I noticed multiple people had their order fulfilled before mine when I ordered earlier. I'll try the drive thru next time.
- MKMaxim KinallSep 1, 20265.0This place has been a favorite of mine since my very first visit. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile. The chicken barbecue is really delicious. I often stop by after the gym. The food never disappoints, and the team is always kind and welcoming. The place looks clean and well taken care of, and you can tell they really value their customers. Wishing you continued success. Keep up the good work — I’ll definitely keep coming back.
