I miss a few of the items that have gone away but enjoy some of the new ones that have emerged. During this visit I had the pleasure of meeting Luis Moreno. Very personable, outgoing, energetic, excellent customer service, team player, and truly cares about where he works at. I asked if he was a supervisor and surprised to hear he wasn’t. Definitely has all the qualities to be in a managerial role. Look forward to visiting again in the near future.

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and had such a positive attitude. I left with a smile thanks to his kindness and attention to detail. My food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was hoping for. I work in the area and will definitely be coming back because of the great experience Luis provided. Ordered the Salsa Roja (Fiery) for a Classic Chicken Burrito, Chicken Taco al Carbon, and Shredded Chicken Crunchy Taco . I recieved zero Salsa Roja (Fiery) , but got Pico de gallo and the salsa Verde instead, and those are basically inedible to me. which made every single Mexican item really bland and not spicy at all. the Pollo Loco Sauce™ is great, but I didnt get any grilled chicken. I wish I wouldve, but I dont trust this place enough to drop $35++ on another meal that might disappoint. go to any other chicken place for chicken pieces, and qdoba or Chipotle for the Mexican style(or any Mexican restaurant really) Man, i was actually excited for this, and everything was disappointing, especially the disgusting "Macaroni & Cheese" oh, Cheese Quesadilla was alright for 4 bucks lol. wouldve killed for some TBell fire sauce or Chipotle Roja salsa
