  This location just opened not that long ago and the employees they have are completely discourteous, disrespectful, and need to be retrained. The experience I got going through the drive thru was beyond the words I would love to express; but a brief summary of my experience with the girl at the drive thru. I had her repeat herself just to make sure it was correct then she goes to say very rudely what else, then when I got to the window snatched my card out my hand, on top of handing me a drink and opening her hand to let go before I could get a full grip on it. Then when I called the store whoever answered didn't apologies, just said do I want my food replaced. I said no I just want better service, and she goes to say so you don't want your food replaced, I asked who their gm was she said she can't give out that information. Well, I will be calling until he or she will be there because aint no way y'all can't even give me his name! Overall don't come here unless you want shitty service!

  I wish they had one closer to Parker. I ordered the $5 chicken bowl and it is so delicious and very filling - highly recommend. The guy in drive-thru was very friendly as well

  This location is amazing! From the state of the art building, the cleanliness in the restrooms the great taste of the chicken & the great service we received from the staff here! Ivan made it really easy for us to order and his kindness makes you feel like an actual family member and not just a customer. I recommend this location over any other food spot in the area

  I’ve been coming to El Pollo Loco more often lately, and I have to say, I’m really impressed. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The chicken has that great grilled flavor, and I especially enjoy how fresh the sides and ingredients taste. What really makes the experience stand out is the service. The team is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care about the customers. Love the smile from this guy’s Every time I visit, I feel comfortable and appreciated. It’s not just about having a good meal it’s the combination of good food, good service, and a team that takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended this location!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
