  Have been an EPL fan since they opened in California in the early 80's. This newer location at Tower an 56th was very good. We both got the 3 piece breast and chicken wing meals to go and they did not disappoint. The chicken was very flavorful and juicy and the pinto beans, salad and mac & cheese sides were tasty as well. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were nice. I will definitely return and hope they keep up the good work.

  We bought several bowls and it was just rice and beans. Just a couple pieces of chicken. And I got the big size of coleslaw and it was super small and the coleslaw was dry and cost 6dlls. I don't think we are coming back. To bad because we were super excited about this place. And it was just just disappointment

  i went in for dinner i thought it was gonna be like rico pollo but it absolutely was not and im glad..lol..so it was my first time and idk where ppl get bland flavor as a business owner of a catering company i definately think the chicken was flavorful and the mac & cheese was yummy the corn is bomb..i love having the option of flour tortilla since i dont like corn...the manager and cashier were sooo nice ..never been to a fast food place where they come out to tables and ask if everything is good or if you need anything...i will definately be back..and only $22 for my meal...

  We really like it here, food is good. Service is fast. There was one bratty broad who didn't hear them call her order because she was on her phone. They called her like 7 times. She never came up. Then, she was all crappy to the cashier and asked for another order of tacos, which they made for her immediately. Other than that broad, it was great 👍 👌 😀p.s. don't sleep on the flan or the horchata.

  I had a party and got catering done by El Pollo Loco. Although there was a glitch in their online ordering, a quick phone call and the manger took care of everything. At the pick up time my complete order was waiting for me and the food was an amazing hit. Thank you for making our party a great success!!! Anyone needing catering in the future should not over look El Pollo Loco!!!!
