  Staff temperaments are very inconsistent, some are super friendly and polite and some act like they're being punished by taking your order. The new (?) grub hub kiosk for ordering is awful, it took longer and for someone who orders black coffee and a room temp pastry I waited significantly longer than of a human was processing the order. A couple years ago i would have described them as consistent in good customer service and quality but now I'm planning to find somewhere else to grab my damn muffin and black coffee.

  A bagel shop that unfortunately has terrible service, including the manager. They tend to ignore you until THEY'RE done playing on their phone or talking to each other. One of the workers was having a conversation with her coworkers and was literally holding my made bagel, tossing it around in her hands as she spoke for a solid 4 minutes before she gave it to me. Just letting it get cold IN HER HAND. Yeah, avoid this place unless you have no other choice.

  Ordered a chocolate chip bagel toasted with honey almond shmear and a caramel cream cold brew with hazelnut. Employee called out after I ordered to tell me they didn't have hazelnut (even though it was on the grubhub menu kiosk I ordered on in the store), and I didn't hear them at first. When I asked them to repeat what they said, they immediately gained an attitude as they repeated it. I said to add some vanilla instead, and they did. I got my drink like a minute after ordering and then had to wait almost 8 minutes for my bagel despite it not being very busy, and there were other people that had ordered before me still waiting for their food after I left. I unfortunately didn't check my order before I left, which I should have, so I only found out they messed up my bagel when I sat down to eat. The bagel was barely toasted, and yet it was extremely crunchy almost as if it was a bagel that was made the previous day instead of being fresh. They also gave me plain shmear instead of honey almond and since they didn't tell me they were out of honey almond, I'm just assuming the person working on the line didn't double check the order. The caramel cream cold brew was good, but that was about it. Not satisfied at all.

  I always have such a great experience at the Einstein Bros on campus! The whole staff is seriously amazing. Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time I come in. Even when they’re super busy, they still have a good attitude and make sure everyone is taken care of. I come here pretty often and the great service is honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I especially have to shout out my favorite lady Dora!! She is seriously the sweetest and always makes my day when I see her. She always has such a positive attitude and makes you feel welcomed from the second you walk in. But truly, the entire team deserves recognition because they all work so hard and are always so kind. You can tell they care about the people they’re serving, and it makes such a difference, especially as a student coming in between classes. Definitely one of my favorite places on campus. Thank you Dora and the whole Einstein Bros team for always being so amazing!! ❤️

  Horrid experience. Manager was rude as hell. We ordered on their app as they wanted, we waited for 6 mins n was like "hmm where is the bagel?" As they were too busy talking to their friend so I asked how long the order would take and "didn't go through" but me and my friend watched it give us a number and charge their card. They made a whole deal and questioned if we even paid then made a whole deal about the cream cheese and CHARGED. But didn't even give the cream cheese. I went back to get the cream cheese which is a even bigger inconvenience. And they refuse to give it saying they can give the cream cheese tomorrow (so they CAN give it to me) or free bagel tomorrow. The manager was rude as hell n talked down to me n my friend. If you hate the food industry why the hell are you working there. ☠️☠️
