The coffee was lobby self-serve, which was fine—until I poured a cup and discovered it was ice cold. Not “cooled off.” Ice. Cold. It tasted like it had been brewed yesterday and forgotten about overnight. I let an employee know, expecting them to brew a fresh pot. Instead, she microwaved my coffee and handed it back to me a boiling cup of hot burning coffee. Nothing says “fresh coffee” quite like a 30-second spin in the microwave. Then I went looking for a lid… except there weren’t any. So now I have a cup of lava-hot coffee with no lid, and I’m supposed to drive with it? Brilliant. While waiting 13 minutes for my food, I kept expecting someone—anyone—to notice the ice-cold coffee sitting in the lobby and replace it. Nope. It stayed there the entire time, ready to disappoint the next customer. Finally got my food… and discovered there weren’t any napkins either. At this point I was half expecting them to tell me forks were optional. The lobby was filthy. Overflowing trash cans, coffee station covered in spilled supplies, counters covered in garbage. It looked like everyone clocked out and hoped for the best. And for a place that clearly wants to be a morning coffee stop, not offering a single non-dairy option—no oat milk, no almond milk, nothing—is pretty embarrassing in 2026. Cold coffee. Microwaved coffee. No lids. No napkins. Overflowing trash. Zero attention to obvious problems. Who’s running this place? Because they certainly weren’t that Saturday morning.

Brandon and Jaya helped by giving me that pastry the next day. When I looked inside, it was 2 pastries, which was unexpected and so kind. I ordered the $9 Monday Bakers Dozen and when I got home and opened the box, I had a missing bagel and a few flavors I didn’t order. I called the store and Jada answered and apologized for the error. She told me to come back and she would give me the correct order. I drove to the store and she went above and beyond for me! She put in all the right bagels and apologized multiple times and even gave me a few coupon cards. I always appreciated their customer service but this was above and beyond. They will always make it right and have you leaving happy, no matter the circumstances.

Jalapeño bagel/sliced with jalapeno smear. Not toasted. 2 trips ago—I had a bagel that was toasted and one that wasn’t. I guess their screw up is a bonus for me. Last trip(today) bagel was toasted , not sliced and no smear ( check picture) There’s also been other minor screw ups before this. So the online instructions aren’t read? What’s going on with this store?
