  This is a review for the Afternoon Tea experience, which was abysmal. I’ve had Afternoon Tea around the world, and this experience was unequivocally the worst by an unapproachable margin. Starting with the pasties and sandwiches, they were almost universally below even a supermarket standard. For instance, the scones were squishy dough balls that had clearly been made by someone unfamiliar with what a scone is meant to be (see the attached video). Beyond consistency, they also tasted bland and unappealing. The strawberry cake was sloppily covered in white chocolate and had undoubtedly been made days ago given the staleness of the crumb and the deep chill set into the cake. The honey cake was not saved by sprinkling gold flake onto it. The fruit tart was edible, if indistinguishable from what is on offer at Trader Joe’s. The sandwiches were no relief. The bread was stale and inconsistently cut. The filings ranged from inedible (like the vinegar shot from the pickled morel mushroom in the photo) to bland (like the curry chicken salad). The tea’s were fine, if limited. I’d challenge someone to find an Afternoon Tea service that has equal to or less than the 8 options on offer at this establishment. Finally, the service was well below four seasons’ standards. We sat with two children for almost 15 minutes without being served water or greeted. Indeed, I got up, and walked to the server station and poured our table water and still no one came over for several additional minutes. The restaurant was at best half full at the time, so it wasn’t an issue of being unexpectedly busy. Also, while the waiter was a nice man, he had overpowering body odor such that it indicates a lack of standards at the restaurant that the manager allowed him to serve customers in that state. I’ll note that in the positive column, the manager gave us a partial refund without being asked to do so when she realized how poorly the experience was going. Even so, Edge should cancel their Afternoon Tea offering until it is fundamentally reworked. There’s more to it than putting days-old, poorly made pastries on a tiered tray with some sprinkled gold flake and charging upwards of a $100 a person. Don’t book it, I implore you.

  Absolutely incredible experience!! The food, atmosphere and service were outstanding!! Very convenient for. Dinner before seeing a show. Austin was the best server we have ever had!!

  Outstanding! I’ve had multiple incredible restaurant experiences/meals, and Edge takes home my first place trophy. Our steak cuts, toppings, and wagyu were outstanding. Austin served us so well, make sure you ask for him when you go! The entire staff shared detailed menu information and answered our questions thoroughly. Can’t wait to be back in Denver to visit again.

  Really wanted to like this place apps, sides are great but both steaks I have ordered here have been drastically over cooked. Ordered medium rare both have come basically well done.

  Really great meal, service, and atmosphere. Next to the lobby in Four Seasons. Every staff member was exceedingly pleasant and the meal was terrific.
