    Went to the bar for drinks and bar bites. Very disappointed in the food. The service was good and we were able to find a seat quickly but the menu was disappointing. There was also a hair in my water glass which was a major turn off. Was expecting much better quality.

    Love the intimate atmosphere. Service is always very friendly and attentive. Never skip a chance to come here for a special occasion. The bread & assortments of butter are always a great way to start the meal. The steak is always on point. Really, just have no complaints.

    We had dinner at the edge. It is a hotel restaurant. The decor is upscale. The environment the atmosphere the vibe is downtown Denver. Definitely a nice place to go and have a decent meal. We started out with some raw oysters and stuffed mushrooms. They were very good the bread here is outstanding served alongside of a compliment of different flavored butters. The bacon butter blend was my favorite. I had the ribeye and in my opinion it was cooked to perfection. Season well really did enjoy the steak. Besides of asparagus and mashed potatoes or also prepared well. My guest ordered the seared scallop. Which was an interesting meal. The scallops were not particularly that tasty. In fact they were just south of fishy. The sauce and the accompanied vegetables like a pickled cherry tomato didn't seem to blend well with the scallops. All in all it was a good meal a decent place to visit a little on the pricey side but if you are looking for options in a little bit of upscale dining this might be one place you would consider

    Great spot for steak lovers. The ambiance is classy and modern, perfect for date nights or business dinners. Steaks were cooked exactly as ordered and packed with flavor. Cocktails were strong and well-made. Service was smooth and professional. Prices are high, but that’s expected for a steakhouse of this level. Overall, a reliable place when you want quality meat and a polished experience.

    In a time when hospitality is rare at best. Edge makes it look easy You already know the food is great and the decor is complex and custom with no detail missed. Let’s talk about the people. Host greeted us. Friendly, engaging, eye contact. Asked if we had been in before, if we were hotel guests, asked how our Saturday was and what we did today. The host stand is usually at best rough. But this was a very nice change. Then a man named Jeremy stopped by our table and introduced himself and asked if we wanted tap water, bottled waters sparking etc. let us know a server would be right over. Server was great and personable. Never felt rushed, never felt he was around to much. We tried the waygu with the rock. When they dropped it they let us know sometimes people need a second rock and Josh let them know. Then also double checked at the end to see if we did need another. We were ok and the dish was great. Another server saw we had a card out and processed payment. We were not in a rush but love to see this. My wife and I travel a lot and own restaurants. I’m not often impressed, I’d recommend edge to anyone however. Great job to whomever designed the hospitality program here.
