Paid and Never got my drink from this location, I put in a mobile order, at 7 was in line by 7:05 and they took so long I had to leave because I had to get to a meeting. The app says my pick up would be ready for pick up at 7:10 yet they never start making your drink until you get to the window. Well, when they take forever to get through the line your order gets started way later than pick up time. Just very frustrating. Wish they had drinks ready like Starbucks and can walk up and grab it. I’m sure I’ll never get my money back for a drink I never got to have, which sucks.

Granddaughter wanted a "Strawberry coffee"; we don't do Starbucks because we are decent human beings, (who don't reward apartheid & genocide of Natives).

Probably the worst Dutchbros I've ever been to. The coffee tastes like it's old and service took way too long.
