    The girl in the window was being very rude. She made fun of the drinks we got and gave us dirty looks. She was talking bad about us and using foul language to her coworkers very loudly so we could clearly hear her. I’ve never had such an awful experience at any establishment. I never plan on coming back to this Dutch Bros location again. On top of all of that we waited about 30 mins when there were only 4 cars in front of us the entire time.

    Ordered on the app, get there and the young girl tells me I’m checked in they’ll start my order, not sure what the point in ordering in the app for pickup since I still had to wait. I waited about 10-15 minutes while other mobile orders pick their order up and left. I overhear the girl at the window try and give my order to someone else because we have the same name. I wait in line again, get up to the window and my order has been ready. I ask the girl how long it was ready and why my name wasn’t called or anything if I was “checked in”. Smh, they need to teach their staff that a simple apology goes a long way.

    My experiences here have been horrible, the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. There isn’t a fair and proper way they handle their lines and movement , adding to the fact that their super slow at making their drinks. There can be a big line and they’ll go back inside instead of taking orders. They guy today, came and took my order in a big rush acting like he had an emergency , then proceeded to want to put me behind a car who isn’t even done ordering, then proceeds to get mad when i move up the line and he stomps up to the baristas telling them to not give me my ONE drink that was already ready btw, but to give the person behind me their FOUR drinks that weren’t even ready yet. I hope you guys take action this has been an ongoing issue , i’m surprised nothing has been done yet.

    I stopped by Dutch Bros and had a really nice experience. Saniya helped me with my order and was really friendly and easy to talk to. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, so she gave me a recommendation based on the flavors I like, and it ended up being really good. She was also really patient and made sure my order was correct before I left. It was a quick interaction, but she definitely made the visit more enjoyable. Also the music was great! I’ll definitely be coming back!🤍

    Horrible experience they took two cars first that got there after me and when I finally got to the window they didn’t have my drink ready. They proceeded to make drinks for the two cars behind me first! Then waited for them to make my drink. So took 25min to finally get my ONE drink!
