- LLLeah Ware (lane2ware)May 3, 20262.0I have been trying my best to understand the Dutch Bros Coffee process. This was my 3rd time visiting one, 2nd time here. Why is it so hard to order a drink? I was excited about the fact that you may have lots of sugar free options, but WHAT ARE THEY? The line skipper (or whatever they are called) do not have readily available menus and when I tell them I need to see one, they always sigh and instead of allowing me to drive up, they point to the board and offer suggestions (but never ask if I want sugar or sugar free). Not my problem the menu board is way up front. I don't come here often, and I need to see the offerings. I see the menu on the app, but I don't drive and scroll my app at the same time, so I need time. OR maybe have the skipper employees just wait by the menu board. How about that?! And we did not even know you had "Eats n' Sweets" because she never mentioned them. When I got to the window, I asked if they had a paper menu. It was just as vague as your website which I came home to look at; there is nothing listed there. Why does your website not show all the options too. Maybe I am having a bad morning, but at this rate I'll go back to my old favorite coffee place at least I have a menu to look at.

The nitro cold brew is my go to and it's absolutely delicious. The workers always have good vibes and are the whole experience is always just easy and good. Love Dutch.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
