  Came in for a small coffee and a gift card. I was waiting for it to be made, whole time it was already made and they never said anything to me about it being done already. They where even looking at me While I was sitting and waiting and still said nothing.

  Stopped by since it’s down the street from my house and I seen they were doing a grand opening. Went inside store and the female employee that had the headset on walked and asked what I would like. I asked a question she answered didn’t say anything else and walked off to finishing making a coffee. She returned again and I asked if they were still doing the giveaway and she said yes. I proceeded to give her my order waited a minute and after she looked at me all dazed and said I’m sorry huh. I again gave her my order and she went to display cabinet to get items and a male worker came and asked if I needed help. I asked how we entered the drawing and he said it was over. I had literally just asked a few minutes before and she said they were still doing it. The whole interaction with the female worker gave that she obviously wasn’t paying attention to anything I was saying or asking her. She was either distracted or just didn’t care. As a first time visit to a new business in the area I realized they have the worst customer service. There’s a Starbucks and Winchells down the street in either direction I will continue to go there. Seeing as there’s competition all around I’d suggest you train your staff on how to treat a customer.

  Really like it there. Good and fast service, welcomed with a smile. Our drink spilt and we got another one faster theb pur original order, did not have to wait in line very long and the food/drinks were good.
