  I ordered an everything bagel breakfast sandwich and got a croissant, the hash browns were soggy, and the "fresh" coffee was burnt and barely had any cream or sugar in it. Very disappointed, especially for how much I spent. 😒

  Ordered off doordash and entire order was wrong and sloppy! Do not go here they are terrible.

  I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. I placed an online order. Regardless of if it was a doughnut, munchkins, or whatever. 30 minutes is actually ridiculous. Also when you say you’re out of something over and over. To me it sounds like you’re lazy and don’t want to take things out of the deep freezer. If I worked there I would fire that whole crew

  Dunkin' Donuts on Federal & 49th stole my money. Don't order via App. I've been there a couple of times before and they are always suspiciously out of most of the donuts. Like by 8:00 am. Today I woke up late and thought, maybe if I download the app, I can make sure they have the donuts I wanted. I ordered 25 Munchins and 6 French Crullers for my family and went straight to the Dunkin. Waited in the drive through. Was told to pull up to the window. Gabriel at the window told me they didn't have my order. I must have gone to the wrong Dunkin. I showed him my phone. As soon as he touched my phone the order on my phone went to complete. He said sorry they don't have any Munchins. They don't have my order. I'll have to take it up with corporate on line. I asked for my money back. He said I'd have to ask online. I parked in my car. Convenient that the number online only gives calls back M-F. I called thier store number and talked to Christina, who says Gabriel is there store manager but will have the bigger boss call me later. I figured while I wait to get my money back, I'd post everywhere I could to keep other people from being taken like this at Dunkin Donuts.
