Upon tasting it, I realized it contained dairy. I went inside the store, where the dairy ingredient was confirmed. I requested a different drink and paid for it upfront, assuming the original, incorrect drink would be refunded. Instead, the cashier aggressively refused to issue a refund, insisting that he could only remake the original drink—despite the fact that I had already paid for and received my replacement. To make matters worse, the final replacement drinks we received were still incorrect. Refusing to correct a clear mistake and denying a refund for a drink that could not be safely consumed is absolutely unacceptable.
