  The worst. Had a terrible interaction with a very rude “manager”. She wanted to argue about how things on the menu apparently don’t exist. It’s already difficult enough to get a good coffee at Dunkin with how terrible the menu is set up, so I absolutely didn’t need this additional confusion when attempting to order. She needs to find a non customer facing job because she has no personal skills and comes off rude , brash, and mean.

  I paid $2.15 for four quarter-size hashbrown bites. I showed the druve-thru attendant what I received and asked if I could have more and he said "No, that's it."

  Mary bell, Saul, & Emmanuel are the GOATS!!! Always provide incredible service with a smile. My coffee is always 10/10 and the sweet treats are YUMMMY. You can tell they care— they give compliments and say hi to the baby in the backseat. Oh also everyone who works here has amazing nails!! The sets are fresh and the donuts even fresher!!!!

  DON'T LET ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS FOOL YOU! I've been here four times and every single time, without fail, the employees take forever and get my order wrong. And it's not even a complicated order. I was willing to excuse it the first couple of times but today they once again got my order wrong, and the employee making our food and drinks had long artificial nails. As someone who's worked in food service, I know artificial nails (especially ones with gems and such glued on like this woman had) are a food safety violation. I will NOT be returning to this location.

  The only Dunkin that ever makes my drink right. Not to mention they have the nicest employees who always remember me. Maribel the manager is the sweetest!!
