  The Store Manager charged my card 3 times the amount due. I'm very disappointed in this error, I called my bank , I obtained proof that my card was charged incorrectly. I called the store several times and got the same response. I only charged you 1 time was exactly what she stated. This was a delivery, I had to take almost an hour to go to the store, Showed her proof of the information , well I only charged you once, even after showing her the charge. The only reasonable concern was the charge for the pizza I ordered to be put back in my account 7 - 10 business days!! So I'm asking where is the rest of my money , No response!

  WASTE OF TIME PLACING A ORDER ONLINE TO MAKE PICKUP MORE CONVENIENT. * I mentioned I was waiting for a order that should have been ready 20 mins after it said it was ready, online. She checked and my order was there all along. * I placed an online order and it showed ready for pickup, the guy at the register checked and said it was not available. I had to repeat my name 3X and spell it. I was told it would be a few minutes, the guy walked off and never followed up, so I waited and waited until someone else said may I help you. So I mentioned to her I was waiting for a order that should have been ready 20 mins ago. She checked and my order was sitting in the warmer all along. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO BETTER DOMINOS WHERE IS MANAGEMENT?! THEY ALSO SEEMED BACKED UP On ORDERS.

  This is the store sent half of my order and who knows where the rest went. There was a supervisor named Shyla who was very inappropriate and unprofessional.. Hey Shayla!!

  honestly the food is good and ive never had an issue with it but whoever is in the kitchen needs to stop immediately marking orders as "making your order" when their not actually making it yet. ive been 15-30 minutes early for every order ive made because someone did this and it led to the waiting times being very inaccurate. the length wait times themselves arent an issue (its reasonable for how busy the store is) its the fact that I try to get to the store when my orders are done so I dont need to awkwardly wait and I end up being forced to anyways

  My house is five minutes away from the restaurant. I should’ve just went down and picked up because pizza was supposed to be here at 10:40 but it arrive at 11:15. Why have a GPS location on a because it doesn’t work App when this time of the driver when it doesn’t even work because it looked like driver Jim was in the same spot the whole time. I called for Wikipedia pizza and give me my money back. He said all he could do is give me credit for my next pizza. Two questions if the store delivers cold pizza 1. why would I order from them again with a complaint so they can spit my food no thank you I want my money back. I politely asked for it at this point. I’m done with Domino’s! I what they’re ‘n no spit in my pizza. I think Donald Duck.
