  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, especially considering we chose to celebrate my birthday there. Everything started off great, but the night went downhill when my wife’s steak arrived. We both ordered our steaks medium rare, yet after taking a few bites, she realized hers was severely undercooked, nearly blue rare. We immediately mentioned the issue to the gentleman filling our water, who was very kind, but it then took another 15–20 minutes before a server even came over to address the problem. By that point, my wife’s steak had become cold. What happened next was honestly unbelievable for a supposedly high end steakhouse. They took her already cut into, partially eaten steak and put it back on the grill. That is unsanitary and disgusting. When it finally came back, the steak was burned, and the garlic butter she had specifically ordered was gone because it had grilled off. For the prices Del Frisco’s charges, this level of service and food handling is completely unacceptable. A mistake with the cook temperature can happen, but taking a partially eaten steak back and throwing it on the grill instead of properly replacing it is ridiculous. What should have been a great birthday dinner turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. We will never return, and honestly, I would strongly recommend spending your money somewhere else.

  Had dinner here on a recent trip to Denver. It was a good meal. Side was cold but steak and lobster we good. My server Elle did a great job she was very personable amd made enjoyable conversation. Was checked on by other staff members

  Let’s talk about it! Everyone who enjoys cooking and eating knows the tricks to saving dishes: seasoning and fat. Why are your fries sweet? Why are your croutons sweet? Inquiring minds. I’ll never eat here again. Taste your shit before you serve it.

  Kyle and Chris went above and beyond. I cannot thank the staff at Del Frisco's enough, they truly made our wedding dinner a night to remember, to really cherish. I have never been taken care of so well at any dining experience when compared to the quality of experience I received and saw at work with all of my loved ones. Without being overzealous or pushy, I could not have asked for a better experience, we all felt so welcome and appreciated. I really want to thank the staff for their effort and help, the way they treated us made us feel like we were they're only customers, really, it was amazing being cared for so diligently. The food was above and beyond good, to quote my nephew "it was the best meal of my life" and that dude knows what good food is. When I die, I want my coffin to be stuffed with steak and mashed potatoes from Del Frisco's, then, I'll be happy in my grave. I love you guys!
