  My daughter attended a Birthday party and lost her glasses. She was devastated. I talked to the staff and they were all very helpful, taking notes on when and where and what they looked like. Jason reached out and let us know they found the glasses. Huge win. We will be back!!

  Went in to celebrate my son's birthday & wlcm home from bootcamp. Our waitress was gd until she messed up our order. All 4 of us told her wht we wanted several times. Came out w/ food we told thm it was wrong she proceeded to say we all told her dffrnt. We didn't. She got upset they took our food bck by tht time my son was upset bcz he was starving. He's a young Marine & needs his food/protein. My fries were stale & hard. They came bck out w/our food, it was great until my daughter found a long black hair in her ranch dressing. Mind you none of us have black hair, or long for tht matter. She was afraid to eat her wings so she only ate 2-3. Thn the new waitress tried to charge us for all the food whn we had paid for combo (play&eat) new waitress ran my card but I had it locked. I told my dil to ask for receipt & thts whn the waitress was like oh I made a mistake. Come on now, you knw dang well wht you're doing. Anywho bad experience on tht. Thn the games kept taking our $ & breaking dwn evry 4min. So all the tickets my son had won didn't get on his card. I took pics of all the tickets & coins he didn't get on his card & let thm knw buy all they did was give him a few credits to replay. All his tickets were not given to him. Very disappointing.

  I had just purchased the play & eat card but for some reason my funds to play were not put on the card. Josue from the prize counter was extremely kind and patient while helping me figure out what happened. Once he noticed this was something that a manager could help with, he contacted Isaac and updated him with the issue. They quickly got the issue resolved and I had no problems afterwards. They were both kind, patient, professional and attentive to my concerns. They were awesome. Thank you again Isaac and Josue!

  The bartender/server was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept my ID for about 15 minutes, never returned it promptly, and never even gave me my order. Instead of helping us or taking our order, she called security when we hadn’t even been served. The whole situation was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. I’ve never experienced customer service this bad. Management seriously needs to address this behavior. Absolutely a 0/10 experience.

  Been there a few times! Love it! This location has an absolutely incredible team, and there are a few people who deserve some serious recognition. Aaliyah is phenomenal. She always has a smile on her face, she is constantly moving, constantly working, and somehow still manages to keep an amazing attitude through all of it. She has such a great personality and brings so much energy wherever she goes. She is genuinely one of those people who makes the whole place feel more welcoming just by being there. Isaac is an outstanding manager. He is always ready to step in, help, solve a problem, or make something right. You can tell that he genuinely cares about making sure people have a memorable and fun experience, and that kind of leadership makes a huge difference. Terra is quite literally a pocketful of sunshine. I genuinely do not know how she manages to stay so bubbly, upbeat, and positive all the time. No matter how busy or stressful things get, she is still willing to help, still trying to make somebody’s day better, and still somehow smiling through it. She also has just the right amount of sass and fire to make her personality unforgettable. She is absolutely amazing. Yaksiri is simply perfection. Always happy, always joking around, always bubbly, and always making the atmosphere more fun. She has one of those personalities that makes people feel comfortable immediately, and she knows how to turn an ordinary interaction into a genuinely good time. Dante is another person who deserves recognition. He is always willing to help, answer questions, clean things up, bus tables around the arcade, or jump in wherever he is needed. He does not seem like the kind of person who looks at something and says, “That’s not my job.” He just helps. That kind of work ethic is incredibly noticeable and deserves to be appreciated. And Faa is absolutely fantastic. She is funny, fiery, sassy in the absolute best way, and has phenomenal customer service. She is always willing to help and clearly cares about making sure people are having a great day and enjoying themselves. She has a huge personality, and it adds so much to the experience. The Iron Spear security team also deserves a huge shoutout. They do an excellent job of keeping the environment safe while still being approachable, friendly, and helpful. Good security should make you feel comfortable without making the atmosphere feel tense, and this team does exactly that. They are professional, attentive, willing to help, and clearly take pride in making sure everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. There are obviously a lot of people working behind the scenes to keep a place like this running, but these six especially stand out. A great location is only as good as the people running it, and Dave & Buster’s has some absolute gems on this team. They deserve the recognition. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
