  I usually love coming to this Dave & Buster’s location because we’ve always received great customer service. However, my experience today, 8/30, was disappointing. My 2-year-old daughter ran behind the prize counter, and I completely understand that this is a workspace and that she should not have been back there. However, I did not appreciate the way the employee reacted toward her. She was rude and rolled her eyes at my daughter, which I felt was unnecessary. I understand that working with children can be challenging, but I believe there are more respectful ways to handle situations like this. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I would not feel comfortable being helped by this employee again. I hope management can address this, as we have otherwise enjoyed coming to this location.

  We’ve been coming to this location for years and honestly the service was never the reason we came back. This time was different. Isaac, one of the managers, made a point of checking on us and made my family feel genuinely seen, not just served. He turned a regular night into something we’re still talking about. The games are the games, but the way we were treated is what will bring us back, and I wish this kind of management had been here a long time ago.

  Manager Fay is super rude. We booked a birthday party. For the price of $500 you would think she would wanna accommodate the needs of the people at my table. However whenever we need help with something at the table she is super snippy and rude.

  You spend $100 on game play, which is fine but me and my wife were playing the coin SpongeBob game and we almost had about 10 cards about Tom come off. But the machine ran out of coins, that is understandable. Then the worker came up and refilled the coins then removed the glass and moved everything that was going to fall. We spent more than 400 credits and got nothing from it. Would not recommend we asked for them to correct it but nothing. Don't waste your money here you can find all the prizes on temu for way cheaper.

  I had less than an hour to bring my kid. To play. After the front desk messed up my play card with no funds. After 20 minutes the manager figured it out. Lost 1/2 of my time and asked for a refund with an angry manager. I think this establishment needs management training. This should have been resolved immediately. Not making the customer wait like this. Im not coming back to this DnB. EDIT; they failed to refund my play card I had no time using. 10 days later I resubmitted a request that I originally gave to the Manager. Also I got a beer from the bar and automaticly got the largest amount without my consent. Bar tender was nice though.
