  My wife and I visited today at 1:45pm. My wife tried to order the 1/4 lb hamburger, fry and drink combo that was on their window and they said it's only available after 3pm but we can still order it all at regular price. My wife said yes, that's fine, we'll take it, no cheese. I ordered a cheeseburger only so the young girl asked if I wanted a fry and a drink and said, no. I intended on sharing my wife's fries and I carry a water bottle so I already had water with me. They called my name when it was ready but the tray only had two burgers on it. I said we should have a fry and a drink and the young girl who rang us up chimed in behind the lady handing me my tray and said "I asked you if you wanted a fry and a drink and you said no". I said we ordered the combo on the window and another kid jumped in and said it's only available after 3pm. I said I know, but we ordered it at regular price. The young girl chimed in again and said the exact same thing, "I asked you if you wanted a fry and a drink and you said no". I told her that we ordered the combo which comes with a fry and a drink and AGAIN, she argued that she asked if I wanted a fry and a drink and I said no. I explained AGAIN that what we ordered came with a fry and drink and yet again she argued back with the exact same rebuttal and then my wife chimed in and said "it's ok, let's just eat", so we sat down and ate our hamburgers (only). Now, they did try and make it right but they should have shut the young girl down before it escalated the way it did. Sorry, but I know what we ordered and I hate to say anything about the younger generation but there was no respect or willingness to accept a mistake. All she could do was sit there and argue like a 14 year old would do. I saw the lady, the young girl and a gentleman in the back talking about it and the lady came over and said it was a misunderstanding and gave us drink cups and said they'd make us a fry. We declined the cups and fry, ate our burgers and left. Burger was good but it's a shame how one person can screw up an entire experience for someone. Food can be good but all it takes is one person to screw it up for everyone. Hence the reason for a two star review. I don't agree that the customer is always right, but to sit there and argue exhibits a high level of immaturity. To be fair, the young girl did not charge us for the fry and drink but that wasn't realized until afterwards. #training #teach #conflictresolution #businessacumen

  Crown 👑🍔 Burger is a Denver and Colorado stalwart for great food at a fair price. If you live in the Denver Metro, it’s a “must visit”; If you’re visiting Denver you can’t go wrong with the Royale Pastrami Burger (a cheeseburger topped with sliced pastrami) that is utterly incredible! Plus the Four BLT sandwich deal has been a “go to” for my family for decades. 😋

  Love this place, always delicious. I’m sad they don’t do the meat for dogs anymore, but that’s okay. This is still a gem

  Stellar,,Stellar! Dimitri Brokalakis would ,make his father proud! This restaurant delivers nonstop! Any day of the week the food has a mind of its own! The variety and the various taste ,can not be denied! Dimitri changes course on different items and keeps the attention on satisfying the customer to the fullest!if you have not discovered this gem of a restaurant ,you are losing out on a one of a kind experience! Put this place and the experience on your highest list to visit,you will not regret it ,you will return again ,because you will have a lot variety in tasting! Support this place that has been around for :39 years and still going strong! Simply the best!

  Had time to kill while I was getting my windshield replaced and I stumbled into this almost 40 year gem of a place. The burger was fantastic and the onion rings are the best I’ve ever had. The batter and crispiness is unreal. But the best part was the lovely lady behind the counter.
