My burrito was wrapped improperly which made all the juices leak out and into my bag and the bottom of my bag ripped with both my burritos in it. With that being said I get home feeling very frustrated and very hungry after my long shift so I still tried to eat my food and as I'm trying to eat my very soggy burrito... I feel a hair in my mouth and out comes a long black hair. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING(.)

Me and my girlfriend came to this chipotle for the first time, we ordered two burritos which were both served with very small portions of food and were very pricy. After, we went to get drinks and once I got back in my car there was a puddle of grease seeping out the bag which caused the bag to break open. We didn’t mind at first but once we got home to eat our food my girlfriend found a hard bean uncooked and a hair in her food, which she almost ate !
