- RRRonald Rives4 days ago1.0The place was very dirty and not clean inside. There was food spilled on all the bowls, and food all over the counters. The tables also did not look clean either. The way the food was made seemed very unsanitary as well.

The online wait time will say 10-20 minutes but they take almost 45 minutes to an hour to get orders completed. Long wait times are fine, but PLEASE have accurate wait times reflected online then. And the employees are always rude as hell when confronted with these discrepancies

We tried to call the store to ask if we were able to just come pick it up ourselves and after calling and getting hung up on by AI bots 10 times we gave up. If you want good customer service you don’t use AI bots who can’t give any assistance past taking an order. All it does is make people more mad and we were still unable to be helped by a real person at the store.
