The portion of meat they put in my burrito or bowl is never the same. Today I ordered a quesadilla with chicken and they put the smallest portion of cheese and chicken in my quesadilla I’ve ever seen. It’s been multiple times where I’ve said something and they’ve miss heard me and either didn’t add or added the wrong thing onto my meal. it’s been a frustrating experience. And I’m sorry to do this because I love eating at chipotle but something has to be said

Now, I'm out of the money for 2-3 days, I didn't get my rewards points back, and we went without lunch today. Super disappointing that it took an hour to be notified that our order couldn't be completed at an ASSEMBLY LINE restaurant where you can literally make it right there. We won't be ordering from this location again.

Then, when I got the cashier, the woman wearing glasses told me to "move out of the way'" in a very rude and disrespectful tone. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way. management seriously needs to work on customer service and basic professionalism at this location.
