- ACAaron Celeketic4 days ago1.0This Chipotle was one on my favorites. I will never go back. 5:30 on Sat, no line, most of food was not prepared. I never, ever had any server shake the chicken off the one lousy scoop of chicken that they give you. I was upset. 2nd an employee back talk me while i was eating, I'm a paying customer. Chipotle is a multi-billion dollar company, and this is how they treat me and you. This restaurant needs serious help. I talk to manager, she said sorry, didn't offer anything. I might never go back to another one again.

Then trying to douse it in guac so it was semi edible and got a huge chunk of avocado skin. The worst part is you contact chat and there is absolutely no way to get a resolution. Just a “we will pass it along to the leadership team.” Thanks, that does nothing for your customer that just wasted $12 on a quesadilla.
