- RPRaj Panchal3 days ago5.0Visiting the original Chipotle on Evans near DU feels like a small burrito pilgrimage. This is where Chipotle began in 1993, and you can still see the roots of the industrial design that became familiar in locations across the country. The exposed rigid conduit, corrugated metal, simple plywood tables, and heavy-gauge steel legs show where the distinctive Chipotle look got its start. The burrito may be familiar, but eating it inside the compact brick restaurant where the entire concept began makes the experience feel different. Worth visiting not only for a good burrito, but also to see an interesting piece of Denver restaurant and design history.

EVERY TIME I have a side of the vinaigrette it leaks out all over the place, with the LID ON!!!! Mad annoying. Have some respect for your guest and get something that’s not going to leak all over the place !!! Yall charge an arm and a leg for guacamole and have the nerve to use these cups that don’t contain anything. Makes no sense.
