- MCMatt Cline6 days ago1.0This is by far the worst Chipotle ever. I order delivery from them regularly because they are the closest location and they mess up the order nearly every single time. They just sent quesadillas without any cheese in them. Just tortillas that had been put into the press with nothing in them. Are you kidding me? Chipotle should close this location down. EDIT: The owner response tells me to report this on Chipotle's 'contact us' website. Trust me, I tried this first and have tried it on many occasions. It's incredibly difficult to speak to a real person using that site and when I have, the best I've gotten are partial refunds for the specific parts of the order that have been messed up. This doesn't solve the problem for a family that's counting on dinner. Re-ordering (and paying delivery fees and tip all over again) doesn't make us whole. On top of that, there's no effort on the part of the Chipotle customer service to fix the issue long-term. They actually suggested we visit the store in person and ask to speak to a manager!

The rice was also completely over cooked so eating unseasoned crunchy rice was... an interesting experience.
