I am extremely disappointed with the Chipotle on Broadway. Every single time I come to this location, I have a horrible experience, and at this point it has become a consistent pattern rather than a one-time issue. Almost every visit, there is something wrong. Either the staff starts putting ingredients away and running out of everything an hour and a half before the posted closing time, or they are constantly out of basic ingredients with no urgency whatsoever to restock them. Tonight, they were completely out of white rice, and when I asked about it, the employee casually told me it would be another 25 minutes before they had more ready. I understand that things happen and restaurants can run out of items occasionally, but this happens constantly at this location. What makes this especially frustrating is that I honestly do not think this is primarily the fault of the employees. Most of the workers there are very young, and employees can only perform as well as the management leading them. When issues like this happen consistently over and over again, it points to a management problem, not an isolated employee issue. Proper staffing, preparation, organization, and maintaining standards all come from leadership. The repeated lack of ingredients, early shutdown behavior before closing time, and overall disorganized atmosphere clearly reflect poor management and lack of accountability at the top. The only positive part of my experience tonight was the cashier, a young boy who was polite and pleasant despite everything else going wrong. He was the only employee who actually seemed professional and respectful, and honestly, I felt bad because the staff overall seem unsupported and poorly managed. I understand customer service standards are not what they used to be everywhere, but this location stands out in the worst way possible. The repeated lack of preparation and consistently disappointing experiences have genuinely caused me to stop getting Chipotle because I already expect to leave frustrated when I come here. I truly do not understand how this location has not been evaluated more seriously for its service. This is not an isolated incident — it is a consistent issue every single time I visit. Customers should not have to deal with ingredients being unavailable, staff mentally closing long before actual closing time, and an overall lack of organization on a regular basis. This location seriously needs stronger management, better preparation, better leadership, and more support for its employees because the current standard of service is unacceptable.

Consistently terrible location with seriously incompetent staff. How do you forget the steak in a steak burrito?

Got a steak burrito. I wanted lettuce and they didn’t put it on there. Also the rice tasted old and gross making it a throw away burrito.

Ive never been to a fast food restaurant with worse staff than this. Workers are rude and unhelpful and the food was absolutely terrible. In particular, the staff member working at the cash register on 5/3/26 at 7:20pm was an extremely rude individual who goes out of his way to make belittling and hurtful comments towards paying customers. I doubt this is the kind of person management wants interacting with customers.
