They ordered chicken tacos for 9 dollars, I ordered chicken tacos with queso for 17. We questioned this at the register but it was not sufficiently explained. The order was charged up wrong and they refused to change it so I ended up spending almost 20 dollars on one order of tacos, which is insane. This could have been easily resolved by adjusting the meal at the register but now it’s going to be disputed and my credit card and to be corporate

The manager here, who I have seen previously, also has terrible customer service. No "have a great night" no "enjoy your food". It is also the stingiest with portions of most chipotles around. Train your people properly.
