I can taste it on my mouth I stood there for 5 minutes while this happened while I wasn't even greeted and I literally asked like why are you doing this right now you guys close at 10:00 its 8:15 why are you doing this right now. I was told "we're doing our pre-close" why are you pulling your line out when customers are trying to order food and have somebody spray chemicals around your open food on your line an hour and 45 min before you close??? Absolutely horrible work practices.

I couldn’t even separate the tacos without just having to use a fork. It seems like if you aren’t standing there watching them make the food they don’t care at all.

I attempted to call five times before they answered finally on the sixth time to tell me that they refuse to remake my order even though they know that my order was stolen for me to go through a customer support ordeal, super horrible customer service, and lack of effort from the team to try and remedy the situation would recommend going to QDOBA up the street and before you go ahead and send me that link for the Chipotle customer support I already did that
