  who ever made my bowl today did a good job 😛😛😛 when i order on the app you guys do bad but perfect today if my next bowl is bad i will change this review

  I wouldn’t usually leave a review as I go to chipotle all over and usually it’s just meh. Today I went to this chipotle and not only did each worker smile at me, ask me if I wanted more from each section and felt like they were all having a pleasant day. Also all the food items looked super fresh and my veggie bowl tasted better than one from chipotle in years. This is the location. Great team.

  Ordered online, received a confirmation number. My friend went to pick up order and there was no order. He came back home and I called restaurant to get a refund. They said they found the order and I could come back to pick it up. They also said they would add some extras to compensate for the inconvenience. Went and picked up the order and no extras. I won’t this Chipotle anymore. Terrible service, staff seems too young and don’t know what they are doing. This is second time I have had problems there. Not worth any effort at all.

  EDIT: Chipotle responded to this review asking me to submit a complaint to their complaints department. I had already done that and they essentially said they simply do not answer the phones at the store and I should have confirmed that before ordering. No concern for the fact that this was a disaster. If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a delivery order for a household with Celiac disease. I immediately called the store so that I could ask and confirm that they handle the food in a Celiac safe way. I spent 10 minutes trying to get the AI chatbot to connect me with the store and was unable to speak to an associate at the store. Instead, it eventually connected me with the complaints department who was also unable to help in any way. After 20 minutes on the phone just trying to ask 2 simple questions about my disability, I was told there was no way to contact the store, cancel the order, or get a refund. What I've learned is that I am physically unable to safely order food from Chipotle. This is a reflection of Chipotle as a company. The fact that I am unable to contact the store in any way is very upsetting and frankly ableist.

  I had been ordering from this location a couple times a month at least as my place of employment is very close by. I think today is the last though. Mostly I just don't understand what the point is of ordering online to "skip the line" and "expedite pickup" when I always have to wait until the staff are done serving the line to get my food, which I can see sitting, cooling, on the counter in its bag. They make no use of the online pickup shelves (which I'm sure come with their own problems, but like... just get rid of them if you're not going to use them), and staff always treat me like I'm burdening them when I wait at the end of the counter and dare ask for my food when I see an opportunity. It's either I have to wait for the line, or the person I talked to somehow isn't capable of reaching behind them to grab a bag and pass it to me and they have to wait for someone else to do it, or my food "isn't ready yet" (when it is). If I wanted to go through the regular line, I would just do that instead of ordering through the app! In fact it may be FASTER to wait in a full line of people than to order online and have to wait for someone to even acknowledge your presence. Today, I waited while staff serviced the line, only to have them help someone else picking up an order first when I had been standing there for MINUTES before he arrived. Absolutely infuriating. I'm not even usually the type to write bad reviews, but I just spent my lunch feeling stupid and annoyed.
