The rice was undercooked, the guacamole had already turned brown, and the chicken was burned. Never going back there, such a shame with that good location.
- NNNebeJul 28, 20261.0Disgusting food and even worse customer service. I ordered two bowls chips and a drink total $42.71. I asked for a mix of barbacoa meat and steak. I was given approximately 2 tablespoons of barbacoa meat and charged $5.85 for extra steak which I NEVER ASKED FOR. I returned to the counter and asked for the extra meat I paid for, but never received the ladies at the counter were beyond rude, refused to give me a refund or extra meat. Refused to give me their names, claimed to be the owner and were just absolutely NASTY! I would not eat at this Chipotle again under any circumstance. I noticed they have several well deserved one star reviews from nearly 8 years ago and have done little to nothing about it including hiring friendly people. The food was over salted, too spicy, and maybe even spoiled because I felt like vomiting immediately after eating half of the meal because I could not finish the entire bowl. I sincerely hope this place goes out of business because they are ripping off customers.
