- EFEdgar Felix6 days ago1.0Terrible customer service, the staff completely ignore you and point and laugh at you from behind the line when you’re waiting for your order. I know this will go completely unnoticed but the entire store needs to retrain to be on the same level as other chipotle stores
- JRJake RothOct 2, 20261.0I ordered to the wrong store because when the app updated it moved my main location without telling me or confirming with me before I placed my order. I called customer support and their response is, “order it from the correct location and we will refund you”. I informed them I did not have enough time to reorder and pick it up since it was my lunch break. They did not care and told me they will send me an email and it’s on me to order from the correct place and they will only refund me after I place a new order. This is completely predatory business practices. The fact they won’t give me a refund and the only way they will is if I spend more money just for them to give it back. Extremely unprofessional and predatory. I would recommend not going here since the customer service is now completely gone.

Paola may have the title of manager, but she shows none of the patience, professionalism, or basic respect the job requires. She’s rude to customers, treats employees terribly, and stands by while they struggle with difficult customer situations instead of stepping in to help. And refusing to let employees use the bathroom is beyond unacceptable. Paola, if you can’t treat people with basic decency or support the staff you’re supposed to lead, you have no business managing anyone. If you don’t want to do the job, go to hell.
