  I understand being busy but this pick up order was a disaster. One of my meals was completely wrong, one had half portions, and the other is pictured here. Qdoba is better quality for lower price, go there instead.

  Come here if you want barely any meat in your burrito that’s just drowning in twice the amount of sour cream a normal person would put. Thanks white-haired person. Edit: just threw away half of the burrito because it was like 60% sour cream. I get that we all have bad days, but don’t make it worse for other people who just got off work and haven’t eaten in 9 hours.

  I eat here very often, but this may have to change due to the poor staff experience. I am not sure if this worker is always having a bad day but everytime i come here and he’s working he’s constantly being rude to and in front of customers every other staff member is nice and welcoming. However this workers name is a tyler and he makes chipotle look bad because of his actions please teach him professionalism and kindness, also teach him how to give the proper portions of food.

  Great experience and great workers except for Tyler, he is constantly rolling his eyes when lines are full, talking badly about customers infront of the line, consistently not giving the right portions of food that WE pay for. When serving he has made the order feel rushed which then angers other customers and leaves a reminder when eating the food about the terrible service we experienced from him. I am a frequent customer who has witnessed this behavior multiple times, and it has gotten to a point where I do not want to eat at this location because I am not getting the right amount of food I am paying for or even a decent experience. It’s also a bad look for the business as other people have expressed their feelings quietly or by side eyeing their peers in line during or after paying or even relating to this directly. Get rid Tyler

  Watched a worker make someone's food using his gloved hands to add cheese and lettuce then roll it. Then used the same gloves to ring the computer touching a card they use I watched someone else touch without gloves. Pull out apple juice from the fridge, give them a receipt. Go right back to rolling the next persons item and using his hands to touch their food. He then took a card from a woman's purse at checkout to enter the numbers and right back using the same gloves to making someone else's items. Multiple times touching his hat and face with them. This is extremely unsanitary and against health codes. He should be changing his gloves anytime he is touching something that isn't on the line and/or someone's food.
