  I understand we came late 30 min before closing but they ended up charging us extra for scraps since it was the end of the night when there was already not that much barbacoa or queso which we felt was unfair. Our entire bowls were soaked at the bottom and placed in the bag sideways so 10 min after getting home the bottom of our bag completely broke and there were juices all over the kitchen.

  Food had no flavor. Staff was unfriendly. Waited an addition 15 minutes past my pick up time. The restaurant itself is extremely dirty. I only picked this location because it was 1 more closer to my house than the other one, I'll pick the other location next time.

  Blond haired kid wearing cheap jewelry (I think his name is Levi - description for management in case I was given a fake name) point is I commented on his preparation of my quesadilla because he literally just rolled it up into a big ball. And then he gets upset and storms off. This isn’t like wrapping a fat burrito and it being difficult. This is him not giving a damn and purposefully making it as bad as he can.

  Not sure if it’s a management thing or if this location doesn’t have enough resources but this is the 3rd time we’ve been cheated on portions. It’s INSANE!! I got a bowl and the rice only took up a quarter of the bowl. Before I could ask why it was so small they already moved onto the beans as if it was a race to the death. The beans actually made me laugh how small the scoop was. I could literally still see half the bowl still untouched with now rice and beans in it. This time I politely asked for EXTRA black beans and I kid you not she added I think 8 extra. Again I laughed and said and some more please which I think was an additional 3. At this point I said whatever and moved on. My wife was also frustrated with her bowl as the same thing happened. We got chips and guacamole to go and 2 drinks. Low and behold the chips were inedible and stale. Oh and the best part….. it was $40 dollars for this baby meal and shitty chips. Will for sure be going to literally any other chipotle moving forward. Give the people what they pay for!!!

  What is up with this location? The past two times I’ve order here, the guac is borderline brown and tastes like they’re using spoiled avocados - completely ruins your dish as everything is coated in it. (Supposed to be the best part). This third time, I walk in on 9/6 around 3:45 and yep… the guac doesn’t look fresh. We legit turned around and left. Not to mention the interior was a wreck and the employees looked miserable/ glazed over as they half heartedly slopped together the customers meals in front of us. Something needs to change here.
