- MLmarie larsenSep 20, 20261.0Every time I’ve come to this chipotle there always seems to be an issue. Usually they’re out of something such as beans and they tell me they can’t make more even though they have hours left before closing. Today was something different. I ordered a burrito with two things on the side one sour cream and one red hot salsa. When I went to checkout I noticed my total was $16 and some change instead of my normal $14 ish. When I asked about this the manager immediately got defensive and said well do you need a receipt? I said no I was just confused on why I was charged extra for sides of sour cream and salsa when I have never been charged before. He kept giving me such a nasty attitude insisting that I was wrong and I felt extremely disrespected. I ended up just paying the $16 and leaving. I would definitely recommend avoiding this chipotle.

Around 3:30PM on a weekday seems to be when the local school gets out so it was very busy when I was there. Even so, the line moved quickly and the employees were nice and gave generous portions. Thank you! The food itself is definitely on the salty side. There were other reviews that mentioned this as well. It’s not inedible but it’s noticeable. Besides that, everything was good. The main reason to go to this location is the beautiful interior. It’s definitely an elevated version of other locations and matches the Highlands feel where it’s located.

They are always out of literally half their ingredients, the line consistently takes 30 minutes to get through, portions are small, staff is rude, and the store is always a mess. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants in the area that actually appreciate their customers.
