Hoy, cuando le indicamos que nuestro pedido era para comer dentro del restaurante, nos entregó la bolsa de una manera muy brusca y continuó tratándonos con una actitud bastante despectiva. También fue muy incómodo ver cómo gritaba y regañaba a otros empleados frente a los clientes. Además, estábamos hablando español entre nosotros y sentimos que su actitud hacia nosotros fue todavía más fría y desagradable, insistiendo en hablarnos únicamente en inglés. Entendemos que todos podemos tener un mal día, pero cuando es la segunda vez que recibimos un trato así de la misma persona, ya parece ser un patrón. Esperamos que la administración de Chipotle tome esto en cuenta y revise la manera en que los clientes y empleados están siendo tratados en este establecimiento.

She filled her spoon up with steak, let it settle completely, then shook half of it off back into the before leaving me the dregs. Then they blast super abrasive and awful middle eastern music. I used to go here several times a week but never again.

This chipotle is rude for no reason. They yell at customers while making their food wrong and then yell at each other. “IM CLEARING THE LINE. GAVIN.” They are so obsessed with being fast that I watched the worker put cheese on a bowl after the lady said no cheese. She didn’t dare say anything because the blonde chipotle worker with the bun would’ve eaten her. The register lady said they were just trying to be fast, but would’ve waited 3 extra minutes for some common human decency and good vibes. Kindness goes a lot further than being yelled at and rushed. Lots of other locations around town that aren’t like this.
