  Chipotle is seriously less than zero in my book after today’s experience. I hadn’t been there in a very long time, and now I remember exactly why. I ordered three soft chicken tacos, and every single one was cold. The chicken was barely lukewarm, and it was chopped so ridiculously small that it looked more like ground chicken than grilled chicken. At that point, I have to wonder if cutting the chicken into microscopic pieces is simply a way to make the portion appear larger than it actually is. You can tell by the taste that the chicken was most likely cooked a day before. This was not a minor issue; it was a disappointing meal from start to finish. I seriously could cry. I feel robbed! When you’re paying for a meal, you should at least expect it to be hot, fresh, and reasonably portioned. These tacos were none of those things. I also got a bag of chips. The chips were old and stale. Needless to say, I will not be going back. Chipotle has officially lost my business. Never again.

  Intentionally delayed orders and zero flexibility. I ordered ahead on the app and arrived to this store with zero line. The staff clearly knew I was standing there waiting, but intentionally let me wait for 20 minutes, refusing to work on it until right before the arbitrary scheduled pickup time. When I realized what was happening, I tried to cancel my online order so I could just walk up and order at the counter like my friend, but cancellation was not allowed. My friend ordered in person and finished his entire meal while I was trapped waiting for an app order they purposefully delayed. Locking customers into an online order and maliciously stalling it when the store is mostly empty is awful customer service. Skip the app entirely here.

  Terrible customer service – Avoid this location! I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle today around 6:00 PM. The supervisor on duty was the one serving us, and her attitude was extremely rude and hostile. What makes it even worse is that her inappropriate behavior visibly upset my young children. A supervisor is supposed to represent the business and set a good example, but instead, she was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We will not be returning to this location. Customers—and especially families—deserve to be treated with basic respect. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  Specifically, on Saturday evening, the woman in charge was extremely unpleasant and rude to customers; unfortunately, this was not the first time.

  i ordered online and they gave me double of what i ordered its soooo good and way better porpotions then other chipotles
