  I recently visited your restaurant during the lunch rush, and it was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The location was completely out of black beans, steak, fajita vegetables, and queso. Multiple core ingredients being unavailable during peak lunch hours is unacceptable. On top of that, the workers were extremely slow, causing the line to move at a frustrating pace. The overall service felt disorganized and poorly managed. To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $1.50 for a side of lime sauce that I never ordered. Being incorrectly charged after such a poor experience only added to my frustration. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations before, but this was easily the worst one I’ve ever visited. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location again. I hope this issue is addressed so future customers do not have the same experience.

  Went to get food for my family, and while ordering, the line worker seemed inattentive and more interested in other conversations than making the order in front of her. When I got to the register, I noticed one of the bowls was marked incorrectly. When I asked for it to be corrected so I wouldn’t be overcharged for a three-pointer, the bowl was opened, dug through, resealed, and I was told it was not a three-pointer (rice, pico, and cheese were the only things in the bowl). I was then mocked verbally by the cashier, who also rolled her eyes at me. I’ve been to many Chipotles, and I’ve never been so blatantly disrespected at any location in this way. Please consider the way you conduct yourselves at work and focus on maintaining a clean and respectful environment in the future.

  I’m a frequent customer, and unfortunately this has consistently been the worst location I’ve visited. I usually come in during the evenings, and the staff often seem uninterested and lacking a sense of urgency. The dining area tables are regularly dirty, and the juice options at the soda fountain are frequently empty. Tonight was especially disappointing. I asked an employee for some queso, and instead of responding, she simply walked away without acknowledging me. In general, the customer service here feels very poor — employees rarely make eye contact or engage with customers. I’m disappointed because I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but the overall experience at this location continues to decline. I hope management addresses these issues, otherwise I may stop coming to this location altogether.
