  I was very disappointed with my experience at Chili Shack on 72nd and Broadway. I used to visit the location on 104th before it closed and always enjoyed the food, so I decided to give this location a try. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, it was not a good experience. There was an unpleasant odor that reminded me of sewer or water-backup issues, and the restaurant did not feel or look clean inside or outside. The food was just as disappointing. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. The birria tacos were soft, lacked flavor, and the consommé was watery, gray-looking, and had very little flavor. It simply did not taste like the Chili Shack I remembered. There are too many restaurants serving fresh, flavorful food to spend money on an experience like this. I think sometimes businesses become too comfortable and lose sight of the quality, cleanliness, and pride that made customers want to support them in the first place. I really wanted to enjoy this place because of my past experiences with Chili Shack, but unfortunately I would not return to this location based on this visit. I hope management takes the cleanliness and food quality seriously because this could be a much better experience.

  I really like the chili here.It reminds me of when I was growing up here in north denver , the chili 😋

  The customer service was outstanding the food came out perfect couldn’t be more pleased with this location and the atmosphere 😁😁 Definitely come to eat won’t be disappointed!

  The burritos are absolutely delicious! They're huge, packed with fresh ingredients, and the portions are incredible. You definitely get your money's worth—the price is amazing for how much food you receive. If you're looking for a filling, flavorful burrito at a great value, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back!
