- ADAva Dimalanta1 day ago1.0I’m disappointed with my recent Chick-fil-A experience. The food used to taste great, but this time the fries lacked flavor and were hard, and the nuggets weren’t the same quality as before. Because of this, I’ve decided to stop eating fast food.
- KCKobi CarminatiMay 13, 20262.0I've tried to order food from this location to take to my employees for breakfast. For a while I just pulled in and ordered, knowing I was going to have to wait. (We were usually ordering 12-16 breakfast sandwiches). So I tried using the app, I thought that would cut down on the wait but the app tells you to let them know when you're there and they'll start making it but I assumed they would already have it cooked but that wasn't the case. I still ended up being sent to the side after going thru the drive thru and waited another 15 minutes. Today, after I placed the order, I told the app that I was in the parking lot when I was still 15 minutes away from the store. When I got there and pulled thru the line, I was told to pull over to the side and it took an extra 20 minutes to get my food this time. Each time the staff has been super nice and given me these "sorry for your wait" coupon cards. So I guess what irks me is why have an app for mobile orders if it doesn't save the customer any time? Seems like just a way to harvest customer data

They had a weird after taste and instantly upset my stomach. 3. The chicken was the thinnest piece of meat I've ever received. 4. They were making a mess of the drink station for the lemonade and tea. It was just so sloppy and dirty inside. I ended up throwing out half my food because I was genuinely concerned about food poisoning because of the low quality of my order. I've never in my life not finished my Chick-Fil-A. You may be able to fool Coloradans, but I'm from the South and I can tell you for a fact that this experience is nowhere up to par with the norm. Disappointed is an understatement.
