  I had a really bad experience through the drive thru the girl that took my order was super rude she said she couldn't hear me even though I was speaking loudly she seemed distracted. Overall I never have had this experience at a chick fil a. Customer service isn't there. Again I pull up to get my food and the girl is very rude blonde hair and ponytail. I also noticed you guys have several reviews already and it doesn't seem like you guys have addressed the attitude.

  Not all restaurants are perfect, but they should work on keeping tables clean, since dining area is outdoors. Also the foods is not as fresh as other chick fil A locations.

  Why are you closed on a random Wednesday??? You have a line of people at your restaurant and no one inside working right now. There’s zero snow or ice on the roads, you’re not a school, so what is going on???

  You might want to leave a better crew in place when you open a brand new location. My truck is too big for any drive-throughs so I walked up to the window @9:50, which clearly says that it's open from 6:00 a.m.. at least one manager and another associate made eye contact with me multiple times but never once attempted to take my order. One star for food since I left an open, not busy restaurant still hungry. What a joke.

  I love Chick Fil A. My family and I eat there at least three times a month. Was excited to see a new location open closer to where I live. Finally got to hit this drive thru tonight and...oof. Wife's bun on her sandwich was insanely soggy, the chicken was thinner than any sandwich we've ever received. One of my Chicken Strips was severely small I almost thought it was a nugget. What a shame.
