I have never had a bad experience with staff at this location.They're always friendly and helpful.And on top of that, one of the few places in downtown, where you can easily charge your phone while you eat. Kenyece made some excellent suggestion and was very helpful!

The brownie pictured in their menu, and described as "intensely chocolatey brownie, with a fudgy, almost gooey inside." I was sold. But what I received was the size of a single fig newton - and that might be a generous characterization. Just know that if you see the picture in their menu and think that's what you're getting. . . you're in for some disappointment. I've had free fortune cookies that feel like more of a treat than this $3 gut punch. Maybe that's the point. Cava, in all of its healthy sensibility, is shaming me for my choices. They're saying, "Here's your dumb brownie, fatty. Have a salad next time." Messaged received!
