  Cava over-seasons all the add-ons and dressing, so that when your bowl or pita is completed, the flavor, salt, spices create an overload. I couldn't taste the salmon, cukes, greens for themselves as delicious. Like a salad swimming in dressing. Too much of a good thing. They need a more moderate hand in the kitchen.

  Went in today for a lunch pick up, the team was dealing with short staffing and training and still provided great customer service. Grateful that there are still locations where you can get good customer service regardless of what’s happening.

  I’ve been eating at this chain for a long time, but this was my first time at this location. I ordered a bowl and a shawarma. The bowl was about 30% smaller than usual, and the shawarma was wrapped terribly — everything was falling out from the middle. I also didn’t receive the free pita I selected with the order, and even the pita chips I paid for were missing too. Unfortunately, I noticed it later.

  The workers here disrespected me and the boys, especially the girl serving us veggies. They need to be fired immediately. My friend also just got back from military deployment and every CAVA he’s been to gave him a discount and these guys just laughed at him and told him CAVA doesn’t support the military. Food was gas, the chefs can stay.

  Dear Management, I am writing to share my concerns regarding the service at your Colorado Blvd branch. This was my third visit to this location, and unfortunately, I have been consistently disappointed. Despite giving this location multiple chances due to its proximity to my home, the portion sizes remain unacceptably small. Additionally, the store is frequently out of stock on various items. I’ll just have to travel further to the one on Colorado 9th & CO which is considerably better. I hope you will look into the operations at this specific branch to improve the quality and consistency of the food.
