  Came in 7/8/26 at 6:30 PM. I placed an online order at 6:15, the earliest option it gave for time was 7. I asked for my order and talked with the girl who is packing online orders. She went back and came out with a man. Firstly, he angrily told me they don’t have my order. When I showed my phone, he tells me “oh that is going to print at 7, you’ve got another half hour bud”. Pretty rude response to a simple situation. Everyone knows the correct response is “we will get that going for you”. For whatever reason the man working on online orders today 7/8/26 at 6:30 was very rude and makes me want to avoid the location altogether

  I had an amazing experience at Cava! It was my first time trying it, I want to give a special shoutout to Evan and Jake, they were incredibly patient, took the time to explain the menu, and made me feel so welcome. The restaurant was spotless, the food was delicious and the customer service was great. I’ll definitely be back!

  This is hands down one of the best CAVA locations I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, high quality, and incredibly consistent - you know exactly what you’re going to get every time, and it’s always great. What really sets this location apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, has an awesome attitude, and genuinely seems to care about both the restaurant and the customers. They always make you feel welcome, take pride in what they do, and consistently provide excellent service. It’s clear this team goes the extra mile, and it makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for a CAVA location that consistently delivers great food and even better customer service, this is the one. Highly recommend!

  DO NOT COME HERE AT NIGHT! Me and my girlfriend put in a mobile order for 8:20, I arrived just a couple minutes after that, my order is nowhere to be found and I waited about 5 minutes til an employee noticed me, asked me my orders name, then just disappeared. I didn’t end up getting my food til 8:53, and I should have checked the bowls before leaving because both of them are missing multiple things in my order including the protein, dips, dressings… one of them didnt even have rice. Incredibly disappointing experience and it seems like the workers don’t even care. Would have loved a refund but I doubt thats gonna happen. DO NOT COME HERE AT NIGHT BRO!!!

  The tough thing about CAVA was getting help as a first time visitor. I had eaten their food at events but never been there before. When I asked for assistance, it was if I were an alien speaking a foreign language. She was annoyed at best with me and truly NOT helpful! These are your options and don't expect me to help you figure out what you want to pick! At the end of the line with my sauce I did get help! Super helpful and very friendly! Wish they were at the start If I am honest I didn't build a great bowl. Mixing the rice is a lot of rice! Go with the rice and something else the lentils or the super greens. So here's the thing! The food here is amazing! Learning to build your own bowl is challenging and clearly/sadly you can't depend on assistance from their team! The chef crafted bowls are a bit more expensive but maybe are a smart way to get started. The other challenge here are the sauces. Have you heard of them? What exactly are they and how will you like them? It would be awesome to have a thing with samples or again something that suggests how to put them together. The pita bread and red pepper hummus! Super yummy! A nice addition to your bowl! The hummus order is enough to share, the pita bread, I recommend every one has their own
