  The WORST Cava I have ever been to. The workers are rude most of the time or seem unhappy to be working/attending to customers and they are ALWAYS out of something, no matter what time you go in. The food is not cheap and you’re not even getting your moneys worth of food. I’m extremely disappointed.

  Had a wonderful interaction with a young man named Samatar and he just brightened my day and made me smile ❤️. Keep making people smile Samatar!

  The Staff are lovely people and very welcoming they can be very busy but still friendly and take their time to make sure you like what you order I haven't tried somof the dips and they let me sample. 10/10 would recommend!!!

  8/9 9:40 PM, I walk in and the store is closing in 20 minutes. I understand that your establishment is closing in 20 minutes, but I walked in, ordered a bowl, and there were only vegetables available as a protein…are we serious???? No chicken, no salmon, no meatballs. I legit mean NOTHING. I was pretty much indirectly told, “tough luck, we aren’t making anything else tonight”. Sucks because this store is right next to where I work, but will have to resort to my store in RiNo now.

  I love Cava's food, but today's experience was less than enjoyable. Waited almost 20 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me. One that was actively ordering when I walked in and the other started their order shortly after. The guy making the orders was SUPER slow and there were 2 other employees working, one that disappeared after I'd stood in line for a while without saying anything to the effect of, "we'll be right with you" or anything like it. The other guy was working on putting dip in smaller pans. He then noticed I'd been standing there for a while and tried to help. Once the really slow guy was helping me, I was informed that some ingredients weren't available, but there wasn't any signage which would have indicated that before I began ordering. Then got charged extra for my meal that normally I get charged around $12 for. I was told that it was due to the vegetables I had ordered. At that point, considering the long wait, the least they could have done was not charge the extra. I only waited in the line because I had been craving Cava.
