  My favorite CAVA ever and the service is exceptional. Really love the staff here & the vibe is great. Highly recommend this location!

  Disappointed was looking forward to eating here, first time, and it was unclear what was going on. Finally after 5-10 minutes someone acknowledged me to ask what I want. He was super quick and nice, but then he hands it off to the next station I am presuming, because I wasn't informed that we had to wait for toppings, which explained the long line of people waiting as well not sure what was going on. Finally, someone came and was adding toppings, but was slow, I waited 10 more minutes and finally had to leave to get to my appointment. It wasn't that busy at 630pm to be that slow and disorganized. Also, the food looked like it had been sitting out for awhile.

  Normally I have a decent experience at Cava. Unfortunately tonight, that was not the case. I ordered an avocado chicken wrap, and the employee was wildly rude and incompetent considering it was one of the pre-made wrap options with one addition. He kept forgetting ingredients that were supposed to go in it, and when I reminded him he'd reply with a sarcastic "Is that all?". When it came time to wrap it and go, he literally smashed my pita up (didn't remember gloves until after already touching it), ripped the bag, and wrapped it. He was so unnecessarily rude, and just bad at his job.

  Food is great, atmosphere is meh, pick up service is slow and not ready when promised. A bad parking situation compounds all of that but might also be why more people aren’t dining in. There needs to be 5 min parking.

  Super clean and spacious location. Food was delicious and staff was extremely helpful and attentive when they found out this was my first time here.
