They are always out of falafel and even when you order online and you show up and wait an extra 15 minutes past ready time only to be told they are out of falafel. The old lady appearing to be in charge was dismissive and said I needed to request a refund online and walked off to snicker with coworkers 10 feet away while her more competent co worker apologized and gave me a free bowl for next time to which I’m not sure I’ll need. Management could use some assistance.
