  Staff is amazing and food was great as well. The chicken was a bit saltier than it usually is at other cava locations but other than that everything was perfect!

  I order lunch from here 1 to 3 times a week and it’s always amazing! I’m writing this review today because I was late picking up my lunch and the gentleman at the drive-through offered to remake it for me!! Now that’s going the extra mile for someone!! I denied the offer as I did not want to waste the food. But that made an impression on me that I will never forget.. Good customer service can be hard to find these days but here!!

  Out of all the CAVA spots, this one needs some work. They never have enough food items in the front. It's always a hassle to get the ingredients how I like them. The last time I went 3days ago. The gentleman walked away during payment & left my food on the assembly line and I had to wait 5mins for him to come back. No bag. Just the expectation that I could carry the (3) bowls and pita chips without spilling. Alongside carrying (3)drinks. No professionalism especially when it comes to food safety and awareness. I say re-train the whole team because all it takes is one bad egg to encourage the rest to half a** too. I don't want to have a 4th visit and have the same results

  This was the smallest bowl, with only one green ( I got rice & greens). With extra greens. I paid extra for rice and it was crunchy and old. Absolutely the smallest bowl I've ever gotten from there and I am so disappointed with the service. No broccoli when I ordered it. Small amount of lentils. Worst bowl ever. Portion way smaller then usual and I got the full option.
