  Normally love cava but at this specific location, it consistently disappoints. They always have an attitude and tonight my rice wasn’t even cooked. I think it just comes down to laziness and lack of competency at this location. Hopefully the store manager can do better in the future.

  Long time Cava fan and it hits every time! Service and friendliness could be better. Wouldn’t come here an hour til closing since they’ll be out of pretty much all the proteins. No salmon, lamb, steak- only had chicken left which was disappointing.

  Disappointing experience. Lentils were severely undercooked, it felt like chewing on rocks. Additionally, the portion sizes are way too small for the price that you pay. We got a chicken bowl and the spicy lamb avocado bowl. The chicken was seasoned but had a bitter aftertaste, and the lamb meatballs tasted well but still were a tiny portion for the bowl and definitely not "spicy". For a bowl that cost $18, I would expect it to be more than a couple pieces of meat and lentils that are hard as rocks. I'll just stick to Chipotle or Qdoba as they'll give you better cooked food in larger portions for a lower price.

  Don’t let the stars fool you. First time here, and the food is some of the best I’ve had from a restaurant, period. Never touching Chipotle ever again. It would be a five-star for this particular location hadn’t the employee who was working on the line been rude as hell, looking like she wanted to cease to exist, to say the least- not once but TWICE on two different days and purposefully gave me small portions. Not very inviting at all, but the others did an amazing job. I don’t usually leave reviews, but that lady has to go. Damn near ruined the whole experience for me.

  Somehow I got the fish and it added up to 32 dollars. Because I added an extra piece of fish. cava should never be the same price as an entree from outback lmao. The girl behind the counter acted like me complaining about the price was crazy. I understand it's not her fault. Still though.... How? I got a bowl and pita chips. Makes no sense. Great food though, you'll never have a bad meal here.
