    I ordered takeout. Picked it up immediately. It was already packed when I picked it up. Brown rice is too dry. I don't think it was fresh. And steak is not tender and keep chewing it just to spit it out. Whoever packed it, I am so disappointed. Should've gone to Chipotle.

    Tried cava for the first time and was very skeptical at first. I made my own bowl and it actually turned out surprisingly good! I ended up coming back the next day to try it again.

    Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this delivery. There were barely 4 pieces of chicken in the entire bowl and the sides were served in such tiny portions. The quantity was nowhere close to what I expected for the price I paid. This is by far the worst CAVA bowl I’ve ever had. Very disappointing experience.

    Extremely disappointing experience with CAVA delivery. I genuinely felt cheated. Delivery orders already cost more because of higher menu prices, service fees, and delivery charges, yet the bowl I received was barely half the size of what is usually served in-store. Paying more and receiving less is completely unacceptable. To make things worse, they missed some of the toppings that I specifically paid extra for. If customers are paying extra, the restaurant should at least make sure the order is prepared correctly. It honestly feels like delivery customers are treated as an afterthought. The portion sizes were shockingly small, the quality was disappointing, and the overall experience felt like poor value for money. Businesses cannot expect customers to keep coming back if they charge premium prices while cutting corners on portions and accuracy. This kind of service only leads to frustrated customers and a damaged reputation. One of the worst delivery experiences I've had, and I would think twice before ordering again.

    I've been here a few times already, and each visit seems to take a long time for the food to be prepared. The most frustrating part is that the first person starts the order, but then it sits on the counter with the A/C blowing on it until the second person gets to it to finish adding the toppings. By the time the order is complete, the pita and proteins are already cold. With six people working, I'm surprised there isn't a more efficient flow. It seemed like there were four people in the back and only two working the counter, which may be contributing to the issue. I also noticed that the employee working the register returned to handling food without changing gloves. Because of that, we asked to have one item remade with clean gloves. To his credit, he had a great attitude when I brought it up, and I understand he's young, so I can give some grace there. I'm sharing this feedback because I hope a few things can be improved. I enjoy coming here, but better organization, food handling practices, and keeping the food hot would make a big difference in the overall experience.
