  I had a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, delicious, and the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Jamal for providing excellent service and making me feel genuinely welcomed. He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell the team really cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Visiting from Dallas, Tx. They have Cava’s there but this was my first time going. My husband and I went for lunch. I ordered the Greek Goddess Salmon and my husband did a build your own bowl. Jamal took care of us and was great! The only issue we had was that my husband ordered steak in his bowl but there was barely enough for one scoop and there was no more steak ready to go on the line. When we got to the register to pay, our bill was like $45. My husband inquired as to why it was so high. The cashier proceeded to tell us that we had added extra steak to the meal. We both looked at each other like WTF. We told her that there was barely enough steak for one scoop less known extra 😂 She apologized and fixed the bill. We dined in, enjoyed our food and went on to our next destination. I will be visiting the Cava in Dallas more now since I know what to expect.

  Kim is amazing! Always remembers me when I come in and is friendly. Works hard while also providing quality customer service. This is hard to find and I keep coming back not just for the amazing service!

  Showed up at 10:35 after they were supposed to be open and they told me they would be opening an hour late. Rude staff. Very inconvenient since I was on a time crunch too and didn’t have time to go grab something else. Based on other reviews this isn’t the only time this happened. Definitely choose a different location if you want to eat cava.

  The food was really good with a lot of options for customization. I had the steak, which was good, but I think I will go with the chicken next time (without the $3.70 upcharge). I tried the harissa chicken and it was delicious! It was a little spicier than I was in the mood for, but I will be back another time! The employees were very friendly and helpful!
