  I went to grab a bite for the hubby, and the crew member, Darnell was pleasant, took our order accurately, and was kind when he asked me to pull around to the feont because the potato cakes were being cooked fresh. Not only was he taking orders at the window, but he was also taking orders up front at the counter, and assisting his peer in the back. Clearly, they are short staffed, but he and his co-worker are doing a great job working with what they have. When he brought the food out, he was professional, and indeed the potato cakes were fresh. A good experience in fast food, unfortunately is rare, but it was nice to see someone who takes their role seriously, is professional even under high pressure scenarios, and provides great customer service. Thank you!
