  Waited 5 minutes for cold food. What were they doing to my food for that 5 minutes? They sure weren’t cooking it. They weren’t wrapping it up & putting it in the bag? What were they doing to my food for the last 5 minutes? There was no one else in the drive thru & only one person inside. What were they doing to my food for 5 minutes? Service very poor even for fast food. Won’t be returning.

  Stacey is the best! She was so full of life and made my night so much better. I have never received such kindness from a fast food restaurant. She deserves to become the CEO of Arby’s, give that woman a raise ASAP

  This location is crap. The phone number always goes straight to voicemail or disconnects. Cannot get ahold of them to ask for sauce since there's no option on the app to ask. The Aurora store is almost as bad. At least they answered the phone.... But then they sat it down and walked away. Guys, you gotta do better. You get paid to do what you do. If you hate the job, look for another one. Not all customers are calling to complain, some of us just want some Arby's sauce, man.......
