  Most horrible experience ever. Very disappointed in this place. First drink was way wrong. Ordered a shake got lemonade. My French dip didnt have a bottom piece of bread or au jus. And I ordered 2 cups of cheddar I didnt get. This crap cost way too much for the crap service I got. I will never eat here again.

  Continues to get orders incorrect.... can't refund to the card... The reason why businesses are automating is because the people that are working in them are getting more and more careless.

  This location is crap. The phone number always goes straight to voicemail or disconnects. Cannot get ahold of them to ask for sauce since there's no option on the app to ask. The Aurora store is almost as bad. At least they answered the phone.... But then they sat it down and walked away. Guys, you gotta do better. You get paid to do what you do. If you hate the job, look for another one. Not all customers are calling to complain, some of us just want some Arby's sauce, man.......

  I wasn't sure if I would love Arby's again. But with KEVIN AND CREW, quality food, and A+ customer service, I will be back a third time soon. Arby's just might be back!

  Meat too thick. I avoid this arbys if I can because the thickness of the meat because it takes away from the flavor. Its been this way for years, do yourself a favor and go to -any- other arbys and the meat will be sliced correctly. In my opinion the manager of this store may be lazy and just doesnt want to cut the meat, or have any employees spend time cutting meat.
