- TJTarika James5 days ago2.0Let me start by saying I am a regular at this location and that is why I give the 2 stars. At this point im not sure what is happening with the quality of the drink making and its changes but it is most definitely disappointing. Its like if you don't tip your drinks are made incorrectly or you wait longer then everyone else even the loyal customers. Today we went and got smoothies which usually the best thing ever but as soon as they see the tip option they don't want to see we get medium smoothie cups with whole chucks of ice and minimal liquid around it. We are there at least 5 days a week or more so this unacceptable. Tips are an option and they are not working for tips like servers in a restaurant. They still get paid their wages rather we tip or not so they have to fix this issue.
