  The employees are really happy to be at work and serve you. Additionally, you can add up to three flavors at no extra cost to your drink, making it unique and YOU. They have 33 main syrups, 11 sugar free syrups and three dessert sauces. Service is fast. I don't go anywhere else for coffee since they are open 5:30am to 10pm, long after other coffee places close for the day.

  Feeling lonely and need to chat? This is the place to come. I’m kidding, but the staff is super friendly and it’s always fast. My only criticism of the place is the way they spelled their snow cone ghost name. Jeiry?!

  Stopped before work today and when approached by the employee taking my order she was very rude, no hello, just stood there. I showed her my app; she typed something in and walked away. Left an extremely bad impression; not the 7 Brew I’m used to. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but You can always say. something like, "Hello, welcome to 7 Brew," and at least fix your face so it doesn't look like you hate your job.

  Drinks are dosgisting here, literally no taste I dont know if they are just not following the recipes or what but they were not drinkable they tasted like nothing at all. Also customer services sucks lol tthey just stare and don't even ask what you'd like to order or nothing.

  I enjoy 7 Brew but these last few experiences at the Tower Rd location keep leaving me unsatisfied. I ordered their new pumpkin macchiato and it tasted like it had no flavors in it. I had ordered a cold pour energy drink and i wanted to pay the up charge to do no ice and fill up to the top I got half a drink instead. When trying to give my rewards number the barista kept repeating herself because she couldn’t hear me or was too out of it to hear me. I don’t know if the music was too loud or what but unfortunately I will not be bringing my business back to this location.
