- DGDon GrahamJun 28, 20262.0I visit this location almost every daily. Majority of the staff is helpful and welcoming. Except for one individual. Cindy ( the cashier) is rude , condescending, abrupt, and not helpful/friendly. My last few visit I have avoided going to her register just so I’m not treated with the disrespect she has give me in the past. Today for example.. there was a lady in from of me and Cindy never welcomed her , no Conversation ,just scan an go. Then my turn!! Cindy never greeted me with a hello, welcome to Safeway anything, I was greeted with Move Forward so I can scan your items, I did reply back you can say please. No response except do you have a reward #. Although I love your store and team unfortunately I will not be returning as this has happened way too many times and way too frequently. Thank you just thought you should know you have lost a frequent customer but I’ll be going were am appreciated. Walmart has better service than what I’ve received from Cindy.

Most the employees are super helpful and willing to help customers, but the lady at customer service didnt seem like she wanted to cash out my 3 things when people had full baskets in the lines, she said that she was customer service but she would be nice and help me this time... isn't that the job of customer service and actually every employee to help the customers? Then she said she would have to bring me over to a register, and I asked isn't that a register and apparently she remembered her job and cashed me out right there. I ment to go to customer service not the drama desk 😒

- BMBen MApr 23, 20265.0I use the pharmacy here and the pharmacy technicians are super awesome! I'm very impressed with their brains. Not only are they smart and have amazing memories, but they also seem to genuinely care about people. I have talked a couple people into switching to this pharmacy. Bree is the best!! It only took a couple times and she knew me by name, remembered my kid's names and DOB's!
