- KLKate LaPlante1 day ago1.0We were supposed to receive a 10% discount for our grocery purchase from a coupon that the pharmacy gave me for an immunization. Our bill doesn't reflect this even though I presented it to the cashier. Customer service could not show me where each individual item was reduced by 10% of the actual price posted. Now I have to wait while Albertsons reviews our receipt. This happens too frequently when utilizing coupon redemption programs, be they paper or digital.

I have watched cashiers scream at customers...scream at customers!!! The pos is bold they have no manners or respect...sad most of them are old they should know better .really you are going to scream ar and old man who is hard of hearing and embarrassed him in front of other customers!! It's wrong...so wrong....and when these disgusting checkers and employees who have treated their customers like garbage the store director and his sidekick ask them about it and these checerks LIE they play the victim!!!! And all go back on with their day!!! At least city market is raised on vaulting their customers...respecting each other as a whole...they are taught to be friendly or go find something else.....good luck safeway but you guys are out of line and nobody in charge really seems to do anything about it and that's why those checkers and several other employees behave badly....because they can sad they need a real adult in charge
