I reached out to dominoes and they said they they forwarded my issues to the owner. That was weeks ago and no response so I guess they don’t care. That’s fine, there are other pizza places. I don’t recommend this place EDIT****** lol… they want a private response on how they can be better. lol Step 1: Don’t burn product til it’s black Step 2: Don’t smash the sandwich Step 3: Acknowledge the picture and proof sent Step 4: Act like every customer is important. Step 5 : Be accountable Step 6: Apologize and move on cause mistakes happen It’s literally basic business. It starts at the owner, GM, then employees. If the owner isn’t doing their job, GM will follow suit and then the employees stop caring. Monkey see Monkey do. 3 star average plus the inability to recognize how to be better without the customers input is crazzzy!! We ordered from dominoes regularly for years, with 5 kids it’s easy and they love it, what a shame. Pizza Hut is further and more expensive but I’ll allow them to overcharge me cause at least their service and management is on point and they act like my money means something!!!!!!!!!
