    The potato cakes I purchased tasted bad. When you order the Philly sandwich off the menu and they tell you sorry we never got those ingredients delivered to the store so you cant order it you just gotta shake your head. I wont be going back to that Arby's.

    I sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes uses after I was told to give them just a moment to be with me. I pulled out of the drive thru and then why decided to start taking orders from the vehicle behind us. So I went inside and I was greeted with the utmost disrespect from employees and manager. They need a new person to run the store because the man they have now is a joke. I never got my food. This place used to be good but since this new management, it is complete and utter garbage, and they should be shut down for good.
