  Usually everything is great but the last experience wasn't the best. It was about 8pm, had a very long wait in the drive thru while I got to watch through the window the staff repeatedly walk through about 40 hot sauces packets spilled on the floor. When I finally got home with my order- 3 peices meal with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and an order of deep fried pickles- there was no silverware, napkins or sauce for my pickles. There was only 6 little, burnt,pickle slices in the order and they were upside down in my bag. Sad day 😞

  Ordered $45 in food got old cold chalupas, they didn't ask my mom what side she wanted and just gave her fries. She ordered regular and got extra crispy they also forgot her honey and butter for her biscuit. My sons food was spot on besides them forgetting the butter and honey for the biscuits. The cheesy fiesta potatoes were fresh and good. I almost made it through one chalupa but couldn't finish it it was too cold and soggy. so I had to go ask them to remake the other one. They where annoyed so when they put put the chicken on it they did not drain the juice from it so my chalupa was fresh but leaking all over.

  As far as Taco Bells go, they generally get orders right, the food comes ot fast and hot, and they don't underfill cheap burritos. So a good Taco Bell experience! I dock a single star since the customer service experience from the cashiers varies greatly. Some days it's pleasant, others it is pretty bad.

  We go through drive through, having a long day didn't want to cook tonight. We order and KFC is out of cole slaw, fine I get it. Then they pull us forward because we're waiting on our chicken, also fine I understand, plus fresh chicken! Then we wait our 3 minutes and head home, realize they didn't give us 2 mashed potatoes, so I go back through drive through. As I am politely explaining my problem, I'm cut off and told to pull forward. Then we wait another 5 minutes, get to the window, the girl seems less than sorry, okay whatever, we wait another few minutes then get home, only to realize they also skimped us our biscuits, then I had asked for honey and sweet and sour... no honey and I get honey BBQ. Ive worked fast food so okay days get crazy but seriously pull your head out of your behind, be polite to the customers your being paid to be nice to, double check your work. Really it's not that hard.
