It took forever for my order to be made with a dude in a fancy shirt to be walking around and make 1 burrito every 5 mins that go by. I see that it says my order is ready after they put the bag up top so I walk up and he tells me it’s not ready. He then proceeds to tell the people in the back that they will wait longer to put fries down. Why would you tell the app the order is ready when it isn’t ready? Then proceed to make the order even longer on purpose.
