  I genuinely hate leaving negative reviews. This is actually the first negative review I have ever left, but what happened today was so disgusting and concerning that I cannot overlook it. My 11-year-old son ordered a drink from this Sonic and had already consumed approximately HALF of it when he discovered what appears to be a large piece of mucus/booger with a hair attached to it inside his drink. We removed it from the drink and placed it on the lid specifically so that I could photograph it. The pictures attached to this review show exactly what we found. As a mother, realizing that my child had already consumed half of this drink before finding something like this inside of it made me absolutely sick to my stomach. I don’t even want to think about what he may have already consumed before we noticed it. I understand that restaurants get busy and mistakes happen. An incorrect order, a forgotten item, or the wrong drink is one thing. I would never leave a negative review over a simple mistake. But finding what appears to be bodily mucus with a hair attached to it inside a drink that was served to my child is completely different. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling. I am not going to speculate about how it got there because I did not see the drink being prepared. I can only say what I know: it was inside my son’s drink, he had already consumed approximately half of it, and we removed it and photographed it. This is the first negative review I have ever felt compelled to leave, and unfortunately, this experience absolutely warranted one. This was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable.

  This was the most disturbing Sonic ever. Feel bad for everyone who has to eat there. The fries were so brown you could tell that they DO NOT CHANGE THE GREASE!!! Not only were the fries terrible the chicken was also the color of burnt grease! Our bag was covered in it! So awful.

  Ordered a number 1 smasher combo fries tasted like old oil. The hamburger had no top bun. This really is unprofessional

  Sonic is my favorite spot to grab cherry sprite, and right now, I’m on a mission to find all the Sonic locations in southern Colorado to get one! 😃 It was the perfect treat.

  This place is very frustrating. It seems many of the parking spots are mobile order only now. I don't understand why but maybe some of your customers want to park and don't want to use the mobile ordering. This appears to be lazy to me and as if you all don't want to interact with customers.
