  Usually have a great experience, but ordered online tonight, delivery time changed 3 x and got further and further out. Called the store, they said it would be fresh either way, I get that and I hope so, but then they show up to deliever and use our front grassy yard to turn around, while there is a huge drive way to pull Into and turn around!! Didn't get the sauces we asked and paid for. No hot bag to keep them warm, just handed right to us. 🤦‍♀️ garlic bites were cold and tough to bite

  This is the third time in five months I have placed an order on the Dominos App and had my order given away or misplaced! Tonight I showed up when the app indicated my order was ready. Upon going into the store, the employees first acted like they didn’t know about my order until i showed them the app. Then they said they just gave it away. I had a large order that most likely could not have been duplicated by another customer. I was told there was nothing they could do. I told them to fix it. One of the employees then gave me a double middle finger and cursed. I asked for the owners name and supposedly none of the employees know who owns this establishment. I was told they don’t know who signs their paychecks. I asked for the store manager’s name and they did not know that either. i placed my order at 8:13 and didn’t receive my food until 9:27, There is no excuse for the rude, disrespectful customer service. There is not excuse for an employee to give vulgar hand signs and speak filthy words to a customer who has paid for their order, came in to pick it up, be told that they gave the food away and i should get over it. What’s going on in Cortez? This is unacceptable!!

  I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza drove 20 minutes home and opened the box and found a bacon and pineapple pizza. In my house we have a high allergy to pineapple and the manager got mad at me for asking to have it remade. I’ve never had this problem with any other manager then tonight and this isn’t the first time. I’ve had problems with him. Every pizza I ordered tonight none of them had pineapple on them so it wasn’t on me. I had a receipt to prove what I ordered but I asked for it to be remade. It wasn’t a big deal to me but he didn’t want to do it. This is the second time I’ve had this problem with the manager things need to change this isn’t good at all with this company. I doubt I’ll be coming back anytime soon. New management is a joke.

  Ordered 3 hot n ready and took 67 hours and it was 1737- degrees outside and was cold

  I order pizza from you guys all the time but the last three times that I have ordered my order has never been right the order I got today had no meat on it and both pizzas were covered in pineapple what is up with that Cortez Colorado
