Walked in to place an order...waited at the register for 5 minutes. No greeting by multiple employees. Was telling my friend I was about to leave when the manager finally showed up to take our order. We should have just left!!! Anyway, our order was wrong! Surprised, no. Ordered potato cakes, got curly fries. Cold, hot ham and cheese, overcooked, chicken sandwich. Both on stale bread. Disappointing!!
However, I was surprised at the managers rude attitude. Customers are not appreciated here, employees are treated rudely as well. Management should not be barking orders at employees!!!
So if you spend your money here you are approving of how this management treats it's employees and customers!!!Plus getting some disgusting food. Bonus, I never have to go back.

What a disappointment. We got excited to treat ourselves to a Jamocha shake. We got the buy one get a medium free. The shakes tasted vanillaish/Carmel like. It was supposed to be a Jamocha. The guy at the register was cool. But it appeared he was all by himself. Then a different guy comes out and makes the shake. No smile, no thank, and the shake was terrible. Money is hard to come by now a days. Please get customer service and a little more awareness when you make people's items. Im not sure when we will ever go back.

Manager David treats his employees like trash right in front of customers. I feel bad for the people working with him, seems like he has a problem handling females appropriately. I am have been in on more than one occasion and watched him talk down to the girls in the building. Someone needs to actually check this guy out.
