  Used to like Sonic and specifically this Sonic where I have lived for years. The last 2 times the wait was 15 - 20 minutes and not at rush. The last time(last week) I waited 20 minutes for a Smashburger meal, 20 minutes! Then as I was about 5 minutes down the road I bit into a RAW pair of burger patties Smash burger paiiets of less than 1/4 inch completly raw in the middle. The tots were cold and raw in the middle and hardly fried. I have called over 5 times but the phone is not answered and there is not way to leave a message. My upset stomach may have recovered but my trust in Sonic everywhere is now expended. Never again! They just don't Care!

  I came here when i was absolutely starving and just want food and good service and Jacob delivered on all fronts. The service was incredibly fast and the cook Jose was able to make my order even with all of my special modifications. This is fast food done right👍

  Jacob was fantastic he showed exemplary leadership and was also extremely humble mentioning the cook Jose who provided above and beyond support in his duties to bring us the best sonic experience we have ever had at 9:30pm

  If I could put 0, I would. Finished working late night, put in an order on the app to get food at this location, pick up at 11:58. It says store closes at 12:15, so should be okay. Get here at 12, completely dark. I literally paid for NOTHING. Ya’ll owe me $9.

  Asked for ultimate meat and cheese burritos, gave proper # for combo and given something totally different. Called about it and asked for refund because I’m not driving 20 minutes back there and another 20 back home w the high gas prices. Lady on phone did not care and she knew she gave me the basic sausage burrito. She wouldn’t even refund the difference. Over this place.
